My M14 is my oldest and 2.0 isn't due for 8 more weeks but we are getting a double jogger. DS is also a runner plus he still likes to ride in the stroller. We haven't made the purchase yet but probably will in the next few weeks when we have the money.

We have the BOB single jogger and are considering the double, but oh my it's SO much money. We figure that even if we use it for two years resale value is pretty good so we will get at least half our money back.
DD1 and DD2 are 22 months apart. We have a double stroller (britax) and it's great. Im guessing that we will get at least a year out of it. I had to convince my husband that we needed it and once DD2 was born he agreed.
walkek85, with my older boys I used a double for years. Even a five year old will sit in a stroller ime every once in a while. Plus the extra seat is handy for bags/diaper bags/ groceries or whatever if a bottom isn't in it. Do you plan on having a 3rd? I'd suggest getting one.

DH is currently getting a VAS done. Even currently with a 8wk old to take care, it gives me bittersweet feelings. Also as much as I HATED pregnancy, I got a bit tingly seeing a pregnancy announcement on fb the other day.
mrssmith613 I get it. We plan on DH getting a vasectomy soon and even though I also have an eight week old and would put myself in danger having another, it's still hard for me. I guess I just don't like the finality of it.

babycaps I can't believe you only have 4 weeks left!! Then again I only have 6 weeks left until 2.0 arrives.
I can't remember if I said anything here or not but our dog had to have knee surgery a week ago and he's on 8 week restriction for play and walks. Well he seems to think he's 100% better and wants to play, I feel horrible for him and DS doesn't help because he also wants to play with the dog.

Thanks @babylentilbean he's doing better, the road to recovery just moves too slow for him. He's exhausted after his therapy sessions with us at home so he usually naps.

It's so hard seeing your pet like that. Eventually my dog will need knee replacements and I'm dreading it.
Baby Harrison Curtis is here. Born May 4 at 1:20pm. 8lbs 5oz, 19.5 inches. We are both doing great. DS1 is quite uninterested at this point but I'm sure that will change when DS2 comes home.
