FFMC; I am sometimes secretly happy when day care tells me DD didn't nap well in the afternoon. It means she'll want to go to bed immediately after supper for the night - which means I get a night to do whatever I want!
I never thought I could be a SAHM, I just felt like I needed adult interaction, well, I know one day doesn't count, but staying home with T today since she woke up sick, I actually enjoyed it. I got so much housework done that I couldn't even get done when my H was home this weekend. I'm super proud of my clean ass kitchen and livingroom and all my laundry done, dinner cooked and those dishes already cleaned, T fed and sleeping in my arms right now.

My car was stolen and then involved in a high speed chase and accident. It will be totaled but my insurance has to wait till it is released from evidence to make that determination.

@whitezin12, HOW??? When I stay home with my ridic. mobile baby almost nothing gets done bc he's SO busy getting himself into trouble! With DH around the two of us are able to get a shit ton of stuff done. But if it's only one of us, it's so hard!
FFTC: I loved my 3-day wknd and it was SUPER productive. WE did a lot of clean up around our place. But I was ready to come back to work today. I don't want to be at work, but 3 days is my limit of "the weather isn't great so we are stuck at home with a baby almost all day long". I feel guilty that I don't have it in me to be with LO longer. And now of course I wish I was at home with him.

kewii I have been looking at cars online. Need to do some real shopping though now that I know for sure it was my car. I also need to price out the cost of things in my car.

I think it's because when H is home, I get aggravated with him because T is at my ankles crying wanting me to pick her up and he won't come get her. So I get frustrated and end up stopping what I'm doing and it never gets completed.
With just T and me, she played in the kitchen with some balls, then would get fussy, I'd pick her up for a few minutes and switch to something I could do one-handed, then I'd put her down and give her a ball or toy and she would be content for a while, so I would wash the dishes or move stuff around. Laundry is easy with her, she just walks around me while I'm in the laundry room, then she follows me into the living room and plays around me while I fold the laundry.
I even went as far as to rearranging the counters, putting her baby food (which is usually on the counter for easy access) in the cabinet, cleaned off all the junk on the counters that wasn't necessary,...I walked in the kitchen this morning to leave for work and smiled from ear to ear because it all looked so clean, neat and organized. I'm actually so excited to go home tonight, reheat the roast from Sunday and start organizing the medicine cabinet so we can fit more things in the cabinet easier.
I have fallen in love with cloth diapering! I will be starting from the very beginning with my next baby! I never understood the "addiction" to it, until now!!!

What kind do you use? We do BG 4.0. I mostly love them but I know disposable are more convenient.... But then again, we've had maybe 3 "blowouts" ever and no significant diaper rash.

Welcome to the club
Bum genius right now but I'm going to branch out to some less expensive brands so we can go exclusively cloth. I have been looking at thirsties, real nappies and other similarly priced brands.

Yes, thank you for helping me figure out what the heck everything was. I was so clueless!

I've read good things about Kawaii diapers - especially their overnight ones. I've never tired them bc shipping to Canada is a bitch. Has anyone tried them have an opinion?
