I went for it! It was really my favorite and I decided if I hate it, it's just paint. I'm doing the lighter one in our bedroom. I'll post some more pics as we get it lookin' good!

What do we think? I'm thinking I like the more blue in the one of the right, but DH thinks it's too dark. I might get a third option that is lighter but more blue.
Are you doing the whole room or just a wall in blue? I like dark accent walls.
Edit I should have kept reading. That blue will look good with white trim.
Up and ready to go paint some more. I want it to be done so I can be wowed by the transformation Then we have an unbelievable amount of packing to do. We did nothing once we got back to our condo last night, so I probably have unrealistic hopes of trying to do both today. Oh well. DH is really finally getting excited about this being our home, which I was waiting for to settle in. Yesterday, he said "we're going to live there for 30 years, we'll have plenty of time to get to all these projects." Also on the agenda today is figuring out how the sprinkler system and digital programmed thermostat work.
Not much going on here today. Dd slept alright after our epic show down last night and was up once. We're just playing now while we wait for drunk daddy to come home.
We are home from the wedding and I plan on doing nothing the rest of the day. We ended up having a fun nigh but DH and I both woke up hungover so that part sucked. The event was at a resort so we stayed in these cute villas and our bathroom had this huge jetted tub. It was so nice I sat in it this morning and drank my coffee. Thank god my mom came this weekend and kept dd entertained.
We unpacked a few boxes this morning while the kids played. I can finally dress the kids without sifting through boxes . Took our older son to the park while the baby napped and we hope to all go to another park late afternoon. There are so many parks near us

DH is back from bachelor party float trip. Amusing story: they got back to campsite after floating all day yesterday and started to make dinner. Someone put a tin of cookies down next to DH and having a huge sweet tooth, DH gobbled down about 10 of them. Friend came over and said Dude, what the hell! Those are pot cookies. How many did you eat? DH passed out in the bed of someone's truck before 8 pm! Said he was literally shaking when he woke up this morning. Ha ha!
Done painting! I'll get more pics after I clean up all the tape and everything. I need to touch up a couple places tomorrow, but we called it a little early so we can go meet BIL and SIL for dinner. Tomorrow is the first anniversary of FIL's passing. I think it will be nice to have dinner together, but tomorrow will be tough. Choking up just thinking about it.

I hope you have a nice time at dinner and the time together makes tomorrow a little easier.

Okay, way far out, but what are you getting LO for Christmas??? He is not getting much for his birthday, so I can't imagine that Christmas will be much better.

Someone last year mentioned a tradition they do: something you want, something you need, something to wear, and something to read. I have no ideas what specifically we will do in each category but I like the structure and the set number of gifts.
