Here's my update: As of right now I'm still stimming. I have 20 follicles total that are between 9-12.5 right now, and my lining is at 8, which they're oaky with but they're hoping it thickens up just a bit more. So they're having me go in for another ultrasound and bloodwork on Saturday, since I've been right on track with all my numbers. And they predict my ER will be monday or tuesday.

I had bloodwork and an u/s this morning and actually received pretty devastating news. After 8 days of stimming, I only have one tiny follicle. Depending on my bloodwork results, my RE may cancel my cycle all together. I am just praying that the increase we made in the Gonal-F injections after Tuesday's b/w will have made a drastic difference to my super low E2. I am completely shocked at how my body is NOT reacting to all these meds! FX for a good call in the next hour...

Hi Penguins, nice to see some familiar faces here. I'm not sure who's banned and maybe didn't see my last update, but I had my ET yesterday with my ONE little high quality embie yesterday. I had 4R/3M/1F with ICSI. So I guess I'm PUPO Hoping my little fighter settles in!!

Just got bad news from the doctor. I had 6 fertilized but only 1 made it to freeze. Blah. Thankfully, I have two embryos frozen from my first two IVFs. But, if none of these work, that is the end of road. The end is near. What a bummer

I'm pupo too. We had our best grower transferred this morning. It was super smooth, easier than the 3 IUIs. We got a picture of the embryo and a picture of the embryo (well, the markers around it) in my ute.

Hey there bump bitches .  I'm officially pupo, with 2 on board.  Given that my last et was horrific (I was crying due to pain and it took more than an hour) this was lovely.  My RE also spoke to me about the study I sent him which he said was promising, but since the data was old he didn't feel it was super relevant (the study was from 2009) and wasn't able to determine whether the errors were caused on the maternal or paternal side.  He was actually more interested in another part of the study because he thought it would help another patient of his.  So I'm helping someone's cause!  rg1979 Im sorry for the disappointing report.  Fx that at least one of those is a keeper!  kristin1k, those e2 labs are always what makes the difference.  We were almost cancelled with our fresh cycle because they thought we'd recruited too few but they liked my e2's too much to cancel.  Glad you got better news!

Hi Penguins ~ I just had my CD10 ultrasound and will be triggering tonight at 9pm for a Monday 9am ER! My right ovary post-huge cyst is still a slacker but its two follies are surprisingly still growing a bit when they basically both looked flatlined at 5mm on Thursday...one's 8mm now so that one is most likely out, but the other is almost 12mm so that may be in...hopefully. My left ovary that has been picking up the right ovary's slack this cycle went from 8 eggs on Thursday to 10 eggs today (double its AFC)! Of those 10, 7 are big and ready (16-20mm) with an 8th on their heels (14mm), and its two others are 12mm so I hope those have a growth spurt by Monday morning as well. I am in shock that we went from 5 total eggs at this time last cycle to 12 this time! I really hope we get a good fert report and that any embies can get past their next hurdles and make blasts to test and freeze. (Only one made it to early blast last time but never advanced to blast for testing and freezing). Fx fx fx fx fx...


For those who may be interested in my specific med details:

My first cycle was antagonist and I stimmed for 10 days: BCP prep (for scheduling purposes), 300 Follistim, 150 Menopur, then 75 Ganirelix added in for a few days before trigger.

This cycle was MDL and I stimmed for 10 days: (No BCP, no EPP), 10 units Lupron pm the day after AF last Weds, then 10 units Lupron am/pm plus 450 Follistim last Thurs+Fri, then 10 units Lupron am/pm plus 450 Follistim and 2.5 Omnitrope last Sat, then 10 units Lupron am/pm plus 300 Follistim plus 150 Menopur and 2.5 Omnitrope last Sunday through yesterday/Friday, then just 10 units Lupron this am before my appt. I thankfully get to stop stims now (I was a total pin cushion!) and just continue Omnitrope tonight and tomorrow night since that's not a stim...it's HGH for egg quality and I hope it helps!

P.S. I am also on Prenatals w/DHA and CoQ10 600mg/day.  I took myself off of DHEA last month when the huge cyst on my right ovary was discovered.  My body hated DHEA although it was and still is recommended by my RE.

**** BFP warning ****

Sooooo, the horrible lab that jabs needles into ppl never sent my beta results. My RE's nurse had to call the hospital and get them verbally. So relieved she got them! HCG came back at 408! I was hoping for at least 100 :-P.

E2 and P were a bit low at 118 and 20, so I'm back up to 3 estrace daily and 2cc PIO. Today's treat was 2.5cc PIO to kick start things.

I'm waiting for at least beta#2 to call this a success (maybe even HB on u/s). Stick, baby/babies, stick!
