All this talk about new bras makes me sad that my new bras will all still be nursing ones....Lord knows what all this inflating and deflating will do to them. But hopefully when I'm done there will be no going back!

Hi ladies. I'm checking in because I've been completely MIA the last couple days. There's a lot of work stress floating around, and I've had to be at the bosses' beck and call. With any luck, it'll be settled by next week. Love you all.
So that crockpot chicken and stuffing we were talking about the other day is also a hit with LO. He is having it for leftovers tonight and is currently shoveling it in by the handful

The bewbs are now a sad state of affairs now that I'm done BFing. I was on the small side to begin with. Now I'm smaller.
And my little girl started walking today! For some reason, I have all the feels about this milestone!! It's a huge reminder that she is no longer a tiny baby.
We had DD's follow up appointment today. They say all looks fine, all test results came back normal, and developmentally she is right on track. One doctor sort of mentioned to the other that she may have low muscle tone, but I'm not sure what that even means. We'll ask her pedi when we go for her 12m appointment. I'm hoping it's just because we had a super screwy day. Appointment was at 4:30-we left home at 12:30, after morning nap, and she didn't get much of an afternoon nap.
We traded in an old expired carseat today at BRU and got a second convertible. We ended up getting a pretty good deal... Now we just hope like heck it will fit in DH's truck!
@mummypig ((hugs)) I hope things went better than you expected. We're here for you.
tLex My t&ps are with that little guy and his family. Please let us knkw what you can.
I had no idea what C25K was until someome actually spelled it out earlier. I tried that several years ago and got a couple weeks in before injuring myself then so I had to pull back then never started up again. I wish I had because it felt pretty good. Good luck ladies! Maybe I'll try it again someday.
I fell asleep just in time for LO to wake up crying. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself to sleep on the couch with him, even though there's no way that's physically possible for the next 8 hours.

DD's schedule is all messed up. It's 10pm and I am in bed (because I work tomorrow). Since DH is off, he is still up with DD. She is showing no signs of slowing down, but I hope she goes to bed soon, so we aren't screwed up for weeks, and can get back on track in a day or two.
Our night seems off on the right foot and LO seems to feel better but is still snuffly. So this week at the school I teach at is Homecoming. We have theme dress up days for every day.
Tomorrow is pajama day. I am being encouraged to wear pajamas to work. Just trying to get over the fact that I will have to drop LO off that way at daycare.
Thursday is dynamic duo day. Trying to think of a good theme for me and LO to be dress up buddies. Maybe peanut butter and jelly?
A woke up shortly after my FNL ended & I wrestled him for about an hour. I finally got him down & now I can't sleep. Like at all. My alarm goes off 3 hours. It looks like I'm watching fnl until it buzzes. Oh tomorrow is going to blow.
