It's National Diaper Needs Awareness Week, and the final week of the TCF Diaper Drive. We're currently sitting at just over 100 packs of diapers. Let's end this fundraiser with a bang!
Updates: GM Cares (the giving arm of GM) has issued a challenge to all of the police precincts, and turned this diaper drive into a friendly competition. GM Cares donated 6400 diapers on Friday at the 9th Precinct. Then Comes Family has partnered with the 3rd Precinct. Let's help them win!
Then Comes Family is proud to partner with Development Centers, The Detroit Police Department, and the students to help them meet their goal of collecting 80,000 diapers by October 4.
The need in Detroit is great- the city has been without a diaper bank for two years
You can give in one of two ways:

A group of teens from Bloomfield Hills is teaming up with Detroit police to collect 80,000 disposable diapers for families in need in the Motor City.
It's called Diapers for the D and was announced Monday by Detroit Police. The new program aims to help babies who do not get changed as often as they should. The idea was all started by some area high schoolers.
