Today is usually my terrible day. Rushing around to get everything set before work, and somehow he always hates napping on Thursdays!
He is still awake, woke up at 6:45 and still full steam ahead no sign of a nap lol. He is also an eating machine right now. 6oz at 3 am, 5 oz at 5:30 am, 5 oz at 7:30, a few bites of my pancake, a full pouch of purees and then another 5 oz just now around 9:30. Whoa!
LO loves to fight naps. Sigh. I finally bought my nice camera yesterday, so I will be acting as the paparazzi this weekend for my sister's bridal shower
jjh1119, oh no! The baby power of destruction is amazing!
DD woke up early this morning too, but went back down for a couple of hours. Now she's a little tornado tearing up the house. I need some of that baby energy!

jjh1119, We have some different foam tiles that have removable shapes in the middle... LO likes to pull out the shape, scoot to where she's sitting in the gap, and then whine because she can't scoot anymore. Lol
What, is it early-morning awakening day? We were up at 5:20. Today is also my all-day meeting day. Yawn! And best news, AF finally made it. I was on cd34 and starting to wonder!
Also have been in a pattern of early rising. I was up until 1am for a work "emergency" <- uhhhh no. not a doctor. no such thing.
Mom is GRUMPY and my guess is LO will be just as grumpy when I pick her up in a few hours. This morning when she woke before 6am she did a lowed SCREAM instead of just babble like normal. I love waking up in a panic, repeatedly.
Sorry for the grumpiness pixie. I am right there with you.
NAP FIGHTING NUMBER 2 WAS AWFUL. I lost my shit. Then we went for a drive so he would FINALLY fall asleep. What happens? I fucking woman DOES NOT SEE my GIANT black SUV and I had to drive off the road in order to avoid a total giant accident.
I am not a horn beeper, I dont typically get road rage, but I sped up to that lady and her window was open and I was screaming like a banshee at her. Flipping her off, etc.
I have never been that close to getting into a car accident in my life. If I knew I could have I would have gotten out of my car and punched her. Seriously. Something just came over me and crazy mama bear came out of nowhere. But damn, lady.

jjh1119 Our foam tiles have letters and numbers punched out. LO will either pull those out or take off the edge pieces, like Liam. We find pieces scattered around here as if a small tornado hit. Apparently, they make satisfying chew items, although we discourage chewing on them. If the letter is pulled out, the outline is great for peekaboo or putting a frame around your face and getting giggles.
Oh man JJH. I do get Hulk-ish when someone puts me in danger on the road. Don't even talk about if baby is in the car too. I hope you've restored yourself by now!

We were up at 5 am this morning baby girl at her bottle and waited until it would be time for me to get up to fall back asleep.
gldnbearz we refer to DD has a tiny tornado because she has the ability to fling things around a the house. I love that used small tornado to describe the scattered pieces.
Liam definitely enjoys pulling apart the floor. I purposely got the solid ones so I wouldn't have letters all over the house lol (my house is super tiny).
I calmed down from the car, but seriously she pissed me off.
Just finished my shift at work and now I'm picking up takeout dinner and going home. HOPEFULLY H did bath and bed

Quick drop in, spent the evening in the ER. Isaac smacked his head off the side of our entertainment stand. He has a huge purple welt. We called pediatrician and she said to bring him in. Luckily he is okay. I was 2 ft away looking right at him when it happened. I just barely missed catching him. His entire body weight went into that fall.
Poor Isaac! Songbird it's amazing that even if we are right there we still can't get to everything. Bumps and bruises are just par for the course for first learning mobility. I hope he is feeling better today
