Anyone interested in doing another 30 day workout challenge? I've been slacking and when we did these earlier this year I enjoyed them. However, I don't do them on my own. Who is interested?

Either focusing on one area or an overall body workout that gets progressively more challenging as the month goes on. Basic moves that don't require special equipment or a gym. Such as jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, etc.
ETA: joy also daily check ins usually with that days challenge, any rants or raves, sometime a GTKY

As I sit here watching tv and eating a Reese cup I say: Yes please! I liked when we did them before. But I usually gave up halfway through. I'm definitely willing to join another one though!
Ah, I see. I wasn't sure if everyone would be doing the same specific challenge or it was just a "get up and work out for 30 days! Tell me about what you did!" kind of thing.
I'm back into running so that'll keep me busy. Enjoy!

That sounds like a great idea too! We could maybe do a hybrid - everyone who wants to participate is in to work out every day for 30 days in whatever fashion works for them. Then some people who are interested in a specific program could follow that.

You need rest days. That's why every one of those programs has them included.

Not to mention that starting to do something every day after not doing anything for any day is a great way to burn out mentally, too.
I'd be willing to try another one. I'm not a huge fan of the slim and sculpt one that mill23 posted - I prefer ones that have just a few different moves that you go through, rather than a bunch of different combos of moves that get all complicated.

I liked the first one we did because like pismoduo said, the combos get confusing and complicated. The first one we did only had planks, crunches, push-ups, and squats and incorporated rest days. Just my two cents.
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!

I failed last time because I got sick and fell off the challenge. Parenting was doing DietBet. I would be interested in a DietBet if that happened. I can't commit to a 30 day Challenge unless it's just walking/jogging/running with a stroller.
