Cole's sleeping (again after his morning bottle) DH is sleeping. Me- I'm up trying to pack for all 3 of us since we are going OOT tonight until Thursday night. DH has to work at our shop all day, then teach tonight (which is why I'm stuck packing for him) . As soon as he's out of the shower we're leaving. Sooooo much to do between now and when we leave!!

Ridiculously busy weekend so I've been mainly lurking when I had a minute....happy to be back/have more time to participate today! Even though I hate Mondays because I only get to see my girl right when she wakes up and then to nurse her to sleep at 7. (I work 7:30-6:45 on Mondays:( )

thats a long day, hopefully it goes quickly for you!
Sonofabitchwearesoscrewed. This weekend was super crazy-we went to ohio and back with the baby and dog. We signed a lease in ohio, moved some of our stuff to dh's parents and tried to figure out our new town. We move in 2 weeks and my husband starts his new job as long as the govt doesn't shut down again. With everything going on I passed out on Friday at like 8 when the baby fell asleep and missed taking my birth control (mini pill). I took it the next morning but we had a condom break yesterday-the first time that has ever happened wtf. It's just too coincidental for me to not panic. It was our 1 year wedding anniversary, and a year from when current little one was conceived. Plus the goddamn super moon/eclipse ridiculousness. Someone please tell me since I am ebf and haven't had a postpartum period yet that there is a slim chance we just made Irish twins!
Big girl has preschool so DS and I will run errands and play until we pick her up.
I wore him facing out in our Ergo 360 this weekend and he LOVED it, thank goodness because errands were getting tough now that he isnt sleeping as much and hates his carseat if ge is awake and doesnt love being wore facing in
I also have to cut DS's fingernails, my most hated baby chore :/

I'm no expert on the mini pill, but in all seriousness, you are probably fine. And if not, it was meant to be. In your shoes I would probably be having a total panic attack as well.

Why won't my child sleep. She took one 15 min nap yesterday and slept in 40-60 min intervals last night and has been awake for the day since 6 am. I think I'm going to die. Is this what dying feels like.
On the plus side my mom is coming over skin can go to the dentist.. Maybe I can convince Grandma to stay longer and hang out with baby girl while I nap. Monday
+1 for wanting to know the size of ashbash's baby front facing in the 360! I know Owen will love it but I'm afraid he's still just a little too little. I mean, he's a big kid. I don't think he quite has the torso control needed for it.
Also, I'm currently sitting in my closet at work and pumping. Only 12 more sessions until the weekend? Can I count like that?
Mmm pumpkin pie. I made oatmeal pumpkin chocolate chip muffins yesterday and I wanted to eat them all!
Good luck, mathistm! What part of Ohio are you moving to?
LO and I were going to a free museum day today but considering it's rainy and she was up at 5 am, I'm skipping it. We might go to Barnes & noble later; I have a gift card and I want to look at month by month baby books for her. I don't love the one I got.
I can't wait until we can just use the ergo 360. LO isn't 11 lbs yet!
When y'all pump, do you sometimes get a little milk dripping out of the bottom of the flange? Does it mean I have the wrong size? It looks like the right size based on the pictures that came with the pump, but maybe it isn't...
Assuming that the flange is screwed in tight enough, I'm sitting in an upright position, and the milk isn't getting ready to overflow out of the top of the bottle, then no. The suction should be preventing leaks from happening. If you have a little space but not a lot between your nipple and the flange then its the right size.

I wear T forward facing in the bjorn now. He loves it, plus he can chew on the top edge of it. Win.
I went to the mall without kids yesterday. It was surreal.
My back is killing me. Not sure if I blame the 17 lb baby or the 15 lb kettlebell.
I am trying to be the adult and get the kids going for the day, but adulting is hard today. T screamed for the entire 45 minute drive home last night, and kept it up for another 20 minutes after. I rescued him from that f*cking carseat. I still have a headache.
I am SO flipping tired. Stayed up late last night painting, then BH got up for the day at 4:30. And I'll be up late again tonight making 36 capes for kids/babies. I can't wait till Sunday!

My in-laws are still in town, driving me nuts.
My daughter decided to wake up every 30-45 minutes last night. All. Night.Long. I am fairly certain she is trying to kill me. I am running on 2 1/2 hours sleep total.
I am totally coming down with something. Sore throat, stuffed head, congestion. Which means I will most likely give it to C, who is just recovering from HFM. Awesome.
Just got home and am working from home for the rest of the day. The babysitter texted me to ask if I could pick E up ASAP; her daughter was having a seizure. She seemed very stressed when I got there and I feel horrible. Thankfully her H was pulling in just as I got there, so they could take her to the hospital. This isn't the first time she's had a seizure, but I still feel bad.

mrsdee1982, Sorry, that sounds awful. Hope you feel better soon.
I'm also feeling like crap. I think I have mastitis for the third time. The last time was less than a month ago. So my MW is having me come in later this afternoon. Between this and not producing enough when I pump at work, I'm this close to throwing in the towel with breastfeeding.
