Do growth spurts happen at 7 weeks?! I'm literally going fucking ape shit!!!!
3 and 6 week growth spurts are the only two I can ever remember so maybe your little guy is hitting his? If I remember right our LO's are a weekish apart.
Is it possible to hit it a week late do you think? I don't think he hit his 6 week spurt unless it was nothing to him. He has never cried this much! Yup I think ours are a week apart. DS was born 12/12
Ok....hopefully you all can commiserate....but Owen is being a little asshole today! I think its his 3 week growth spurt. Not sleeping, fussy, eating nonstop, pooping and peeing up a storm.
I never thought my life would be reduced to prioritizing a nap and eating with what I know to be a full 25-30 minutes before he wakes up again.

Our guys are 3 days apart B was 12/15 And I think it's possible to hit it a little late. B started his 2 days ago. As we all know, babies aren't exactly punctual

I just told my H "I worked for this nap opportunity" because I have to be extremely tired to fall asleep with my face by his ass last night. Note to self no matter how tempting, don't rest your head for a second while in the middle of a MOTN diaper change. You will fall asleep.
Am I the only technologically incompetent person on this bmb ?! All I want to do is attention whore the shit out of the pictures I took of Em in the snow yesterday and I can't figure it out!! Mommy needs wine!
Edit: Mommy's grammar apparently sucks too.
I can't figure out the picture thing either on mobile. It's making me insane. I can't upload photos on the dump either so gah! My dictator is so cute despite his despot tendencies.

I think there is an option on the app to view in desktop mode. You can do it from there. How you get to said desktop mode, I don't really remember but I remember doing it.
We tried the old vasoline (Dear autocorrect, it's VASOLINE, not GASOLINE!! Stop trying to make me seem like a horrible mother!) on a Q-tip to help with constipation. Oh boy, did that work! On the bright side, little Mr. FussyPants has become silent ever since.
I have to dump 8 oz of pumped breast milk because I took Excedrin. Hold me.
Because of the caffeine? Honestly, caffeine may not affect your baby. It totally hit C, but not L this time - score the coffee!!
But boo having to dump the milk!!
Aspirin. I wasn't super worried about the caffeine but aspirin is frowned upon. So I fed B, pumped and dumped it out and now we should be back on track. But it was so much milk
I think we're done with breastfeeding. The guilt and the anger about it not working is killing me. We're going to try EPing and just feeding breast milk for awhile, but that's not really the point because I'm not against formula at all. I just feel awful when he looks to me when he's hungry and I just can't give him what he wants. And I'm sad. I really wanted us to be able to do that together.
So yeah, I could use a drink today.
This is where I'm at too. DD can't latch correctly so I have been EPing but that doesn't work if she won't let me put her down. BF was so important to me, but everything has been stacked against me from the start.
Hugs! I'm sorry that you're going through this too. It really sucks

Aw man!! I totally forgot about the aspirin. lol - I couldn't remember if you were a coffee/caffeine lover like me or not.
I will be having wine again tonight. No nap for the big; vomited twice in an hour (no fever and no other symptoms); the big is...being quite the terrorist; send help.

These kiddos are lucky they are cute! Thank goodness for wine.
DS1 was being a little too quiet while I was pumping, and afterwards I found him swirling his toothbrush in the toilet. "What I do?" So I guess I'll be going to CVS today.
Quoting myself - I just discovered that everything under the bathroom sink is also wet. So...spare rolls of TP, boxes of soap, etc. how the heck did he get everything wet down there?

My MW stripped my membranes this morning, and thinks I'll have the baby soon. Wants me to eat every few hours and mix protein and carbs. I did some carb-loading this morning with donuts, and I'm about to have pizza. These are good energy foods, right?

This is my first time signing on from my computer in awhile and I FINALLY got to see how the love tits change!! I wish I could love tit that ha ha. BTW sorry my picture from earlier is massive. I swear it looked normal size on my phone.

I'm on my laptop and I still can't figure it out. I haven't been brave enough to use the app. And I just shattered my phone so there's that....Shit.
I have 4 little bears, just like my name says. 2 girls 2 boys ages 8,5,3, and my newest babe. 2 of my little bears have life threatening food allergies, feel free to ask me more about that!

For me, there was a + sign beside the reply bar, and that opened up a photo/insert image/twitter bar thing.

The dictator latched for 10 min (not bad for not having done it for 3 weeks), fell asleep, smiled in his food coma, woke up, had a bit of a meltdown, and is now sound asleep on my chest. His latch is not much better than it was at 4 days old but his suck is there. My nip is sore!

We are in snack mode over here apparently. Baby boy latches for a few minutes and then spits the boob out and falls asleep. Wakes up an hour later ( sometimes less) and wants the boob again. I can't eat anything today because every time I get ready to eat he starts screaming because he is hungry. And my toddler is having meltdown city over everything and that's not helping either
Rhys had his 3 week check up at the midwife clinic. He's only gained 4 oz in 10 days which is on the lower side, but she wasn't too concerned. Then she did the newborn hearing screen and one of his ears didn't pass. I know it's probably no big deal but I'm still a little upset. We now will get a referral to do more testing. just another thing to worry about....
I really hope he sleeps decent tonight, I have had a headache all day, and so has DH. I could really use a 4 hr stretch at some point tonight. Also DS1 was eating a snack of yogurt earlier and my proud mummy hormones kicked in because he ate the entire thing himself and was even scraping the sides (he's 22 months) and I started crying....I'm so lame!

Im sorry, if it helps my LO fail his hearing screen so we have to go back in on Fri. I have been noticing that he has been jerking at sounds the last few days. It's so hard not to worry even though they tell you not to! FX for you!
