Love this! And love the amount of dairy free recipes, woo hoo! I don't make two dinners and DD is allergic so all my dinners are dairy free :-)
Ok my boring standby: Preheat oven to 350 Heat oven proof skillet (I usually use my cast iron) over med heat with a little bit of olive or avocado oil. Mix up seasonings of your choice in a little bowl. (I typically do salt, pepper, and Penzeys Mural of Flavor but sometimes go with curry or chile powdery, etc) Season both sides of large boneless skinless chicken breasts with spice rub. Cook in pan for 5 mins per side then oven for approx 8-10 minutes or until they reach temp. Healthy, juicy, and delish!
