If the facts are she drove a vehicle into the officer, then to me there's no argument. Officers are people too. This isn't the mission impossible set where everyone is a sharp shooter.

In fact, these cases being questioned piss me off. Because, it calls legitimate cases if police brutality into question.

You can't ask an officer to protect and serve, and then micro manage their every move. I've known some piece of shit cops, but for every one of them, there's another cop who loves the community they serve.

I already tried that, apparently police training is supposed to somehow overcome that impulse to not be run over by a moving vehicle.

Do they teach spiderman like reflexees in police training? Ya know, where they can shoot their web thing and jump out of the way.

I'll have to ask my aunt and uncle, who are both cops.

If you are saying less force meaning the teen should not accelerate her car into a cop prompting the cop to shoot at her car, then we are in agreement.

Less force meaning the cop not using his gun to shoot at the car running over him, that is unreasonable.

Dude, I'm gonna be very frank. Training goes out the window I'm life or death situations. I'm trained in take downs, and it was all good and well while I was in class with a mat underneath me. Then, I had a girl come at me with a knife, I promise you none of what I did was in any book.

If cops lie, so do teens trying to get out of a car theft charge. I'm not sure why you're so willing to take their words as fact but will not take the word of the police officer's with the same faith.

I don't think all cops are bad. But I was accused of being biased and admitted that yes, I probably am.
