I took creepy and weird solace that my dry heaving was accompanied by my cats dry heaving this morning. She has a hairball. And I know it's pretty gross, but I felt a little less alone. Misery loves company.

I still have all of my pee sticks from last pregnancy.
dd was dressed so cute today that I actually change my outfit so that I didn't look like a hobo compared to her.
My beta slightly more than doubled but I'm anxious and disappointed because today's number didn't skyrocket. Sorry for having unrealistic expectations for you already new baby!
I'm a total bandwagon Betty for the Blue Jays right now!!

It more than doubled!
But it didn't quadruple!!1!!11!! I know, I know, it did what it needs to do. Sometimes it's hard to turn off the crazy.
Bought a pack of cheapo target digitals... and bought myself a tshirt and little a Halloween onesie, and hair bows, and a pair of moccasins. And I POAS as soon as I got home and almost panicked when it didn't turn immediately. But don't worry guys, it says pregnant still *phew*
I also keep mashing my boobs to make sure they still hurt. Someone take my brain away and put in the freezer for awhile?
THIS.
Yeah, this. It parallels my paranoia that if I don't have nausea I must have had a missed miscarriage, and if my boobs aren't tender then I'll really start freaking out. Yup, still tender... *sigh of relief* I'm totally cray-cray.
I had shrimp yesterday and painted a dresser. It was safe paint and the window was open. My OBs site said it was ok but I wonder if they meant more toward the end like when you're painting the nursery so now I'm freaking out a little.
Also I can't remember is shrimp ok every once in a while?

I ate shrimp all of the time when I was pregnant with DD and she turned out okay. Or maybe that's why she's been broken the last few weeks and screaming nonstop..... I kid. I'm pretty positive it's fine in moderation

I already threw away all my sticks from this pregnancy. I peed on 4 total and don't really have a desire to pee on more, I feel like I'd just drive myself crazy.
But betas went from 4307 to 8200 in 44 hrs so I think we're probably good. Now just to get my butt in gear to find and call an OB and hopefully get a dating u/s so I can figure out my due date...

I'm slightly neurotic and have to look at mine every so often to remind myself that this is real life. I'm sure once the big symptoms kick in I won't forget hahahahah. I'm off to bed, before 10pm because I'm an old lady. H has been in bed for an hour and a half, so I could be worse.

I have one more test and I'm looking forward to using it in the morning, like irrationally excited to test. I'm not letting myself buy anymore. Or maybe just one more.

Shrimp is fine. It's actually one of the better seafood options because it's low in mercury.
