I have a random question. So how long do you keep left overs before they are "bad" and if you cook meat what the rule of freezing cooked meat?
DH made steak Sunday usually I go by the 3 day rule, no way I am eating it all by tomorrow so could I freeze some to pull out and warm later?
We usually don't have left overs so I am thinking it would be easy for quick meals if I froze this then I could thaw some out for a quick steak and cheese quesadilla.
Thoughts? Lol
I usually go by the FDA guidelines if I have a question about if something is still good (I tend to lose things in my freezer, I have to remember to start dating things!) www.fda.gov/downloads/Food/ResourcesForYou/HealthEducators/UCM109315.pdf Cooked meat will be good in the freezer 2-3 months. Enjoy those steak & cheese quesadillas!
Well, we just had our very first blowout. So.much.poop.
We're both clean now and he's nursing, because apparently pooping that much makes you hungry.
We also had a poop first today...first projectile poo on the changing table sans diaper. I didn't know projectile poop was a thing. I'm learning so much.
DD1 did that once. I swear it went 4 feet. Now we always use a diaper shield to prevent it from being projectile.
H is nesting. It was cute, then it got annoying (mostly when he asked me to help or decided he hates the curtains in our bedroom). But now it's cute again b/c he's organizing his own stuff & im on the couch eating chips & salsa.
I've been trying to decide if I'm in early labor since 1pm. I'm guessing not since things don't seem to really be progressing, but they aren't getting better either. I have a pretty severe back ache and have had cramps off and on since 1pm. I actually left work early bc of it. The top of my stomach hurts like when you do to many crunches/ feels like I've trying to suck it in which I'm obvi not, but I don't feel like it comes and goes it's just more consistent.. I've pooped 3 times today so I know it's not constipation. I'm back on my birthing ball hoping things get moving
