Please tell me I'm not the only one whose boobs leak! I can barely make it to 2 or 3 hours between feedings or pumpings without getting wet spots on my shirt. I am nervous about going back to work in a few weeks. Any advice on how to hide the leaking?
I use both disposables and reusables at the same time. I put the disposables between my nipple and the reusable. I like the reusable ones better and feel like they stay in place better, but I hate having to wash them every day. So the disposables get the lanolin on them and most of the milk and I can use the same reusable ones for multiple days (and added protection for really bad days).
I leaked just about the whole time I nursed with both of my others. Not very often after maybe 3 months or so, but I wore nursing pads the whole time. In the beginning I really like the lansinoh ones.
And if you are just hanging around the house there are cups that you can put inside your bra that actually catch the extra milk from leaking and if your milk lets down between feedings or while you are nursing on the other side. I have never used them but I know people that swear by them.

I have the cups and used them with DD1. I leaked for months while I was nursing on one side. It seemed like a lot of milk but it was only about 0.5 oz. They are inexpensive but are bulky and kind of uncomfortable. I have not used them with F . I just wear the disposable pads.

I use reusable pads but also have Lansinoh disposables that work well.
During the day at home I use the Avent breast shells and catch the milk, I'm building a mini stash that I'm planning to use for an occasional emergency bottle. Tho mostly it'll be for when DS2 starts solids, I'll have something to mix the baby oats and other foods with. I hate pumping.
