There's not some crazy loophole right? You are without question eligible? If so, I would refuse additional paperwork. Or make them request the docs from your doctor themselves. Asinine.

No way, I work for a company with around 100,000 employees in a department with about 30 people. Me getting an additional 30 minutes a day to pump is definitely not detrimental to the company. My doc told me to contact a lawyer when this all started. I have friends who are lawyers. Maybe I should have one of them contact her to freak her out.

Are you salary? If you are, federal law only states they have to accommodate you with a place. Unfortunately it doesn't allow for as many breaks as you need. Some states have laws that do protect you. NC is a shit state and doesn't but I'm not sure about FL.
ETA: I only know this because when I interviewed for that job, it was a salary position and I was worried. Didn't get the job though.

I also thought that they had to allow you the time to pump, but it didn't have to be paid time.

This wasn't my pedi but she said if he was taking bottles we could add cereal to it to help it stay down. Should we have the daycare add it when we send him? If so how much? My brain isn't working and I forgot to ask this while we were there.

We add half a teaspoon of enfamil ar to every 3 ounces of milk. We mix up bottles every night, so you could send them already mixed. Other tips: keep them upright for 20 or 30 minutes after eating. Incline their bed a little.

Can she provide with a copy of the policy that states you need a letter? Does she have a supervisor you could discuss this with along with your supervisor (assuming your boss isn't a douche snow as well)?

@seeca002 ...a good way to work it in is on Mondays. Freeze Fridays milk and then pull your oldest out for Monday. For the donating, I think most places request At least 100 oz, but you can also join eats for feets and human milk for human babies on Facebook too and just share with local mom's.
So I just ran to the grocery store by my house to pick up a few things (we do most of our shopping at a different store further away because price), and they are closing! It was pretty picked over but I scored some staples at 30-40% off. I love a good deal.

Would we use about the same rice cereal to breast milk ratio? I'll make H put the crib on an incline. Hope this Zantac starts working soon. I'll just be sending bags of milk daily and the actual bottles will be there all the time. So I was thinking about just sending a container of cereal that they can add in.
I'm glad we are getting the treatment before he startws losing weight. He is gaining at a much slower rate than he was though.
