I'll play!
Nailed it: first bath. She pooped in the bath water so we had to rinse her of fun the sink but she's clean!
Failed it: sleeping when she sleeps. My mom, husband and I sleep in shifts because LO doesn't know night from day. Someone is always up at night with her ><
Naiing it: Making milk. I have such an over supply it's insane. I already have a way bigger freezer stash built up than I ever did with my first. Hopefully it will help take some stress off when I'm finally back to work.
Failing it: Parenting two kids. It's so hard to give Sapling even close to the attention she previously received when I have Seedling permanently attached to my boob and I feel horrible about it.
Failing it: anything non-baby related: cleaning, cooking, parenting two kids, running errands. Nothing is happening yet. I have ambitions to do laundry today. Or at least get some put away...
Nailing it: breastfeeding and starting a stash. I'm feeling so relaxed about it all. Also, crib transition. Its only day 2, but so far so good!
Failing it: being a mom of two. I'm snapping at DD not 5 minutes after we are up for the day and then feeling awful.
@tmg14 I snap at my toddler too. He's...so...slow. Getting dressed, going to the bathroom, eating lunch. I feel like I'm constantly telling him to pay attention to what he's doing and hurry up, then I remember he is 3 and I feel terrible.
I'm super impressed with all the daily showers. That's on my failed it list.
Nailed: we wore the babies yesterday while shopping? Can't really think k of anything right now
Failed: making pumping a priority (seriously sucked at this and now they are EFF), showering regularly, getting out of the house, eating more than one meal a day....the list goes on.
I love this! Not that I like seeing that you ladies are "failing" at at anything, but I always feel like other moms have all their shit together and I don't.
Nailing it: breastfeeding, showering and sometimes even throwing on makeup, doing a few household chores, starting a BM stash.
Failing it: knowing when to get DS2 to nap. Being an effective parent to DS1 (mom guilt!), getting out of the house. Burping DS2 every time he eats.

nailing: going out. We go outside daily and this has become a routine at this point.
Failing: sleeping in bassinet. She screams bloody murder until I lay her on my chest and then she can pull off 6 solid hours of sleep. ughh We can also add increasing milk supply to the failing list.

Nailing it: cooking most nights. I made a list of easy meals before I gave birth and I cycle through them. It has been so helpful a d most of them use the crock pot, so very easy.
Failing: quality time with H. I feel like we have not had a real conversation in 6+ weeks. We seriously need a date night to reconnect.
@tmg14, try not to beat yourself up about snapping at your older one; taking care of two is tough! I've had some bad days with DS, where it is SO HARD not to overreact to everything.
Thanks RJBrownie. She is the type that needs constant stimulation. She told me today she was bored at home and wanted to go to preschool. (Shes been home with me for 4 days straight.) Thank god tomorrow she's back to school, because I know it can give her things that I cant.
Yes. Preschool is a life saver. They can entertain DD1 way better than I can right now.

Nailed it: taking s 5 week old baby to MN from fl. She was s rockstar and I have to say DH and I were too. Leaving the house daily. Baby sleeps in bassinet 4-5 hours at a time during the night
Failed it: breastfeeding. Putting LO down during the day. When not In her car seat, She just wants to be held
Nailing it: BFing going very well (vs with my DD1), my mental health is relatively good
Failing it: My three year old is acting like a three year old, the baby is not easy to burp, weight loss stalled the past week (still have 17 of 40 pounds to lose)
