If you want to AW losing all your baby weight find another thread!
I still don't understand with how much I threw up how I gained 40 pounds. I did have a 9.5 pound baby. At four weeks postpartum I still have 16 left to lose, whomp whomp. And loss seems to have GREATLY stalled.
Same happened with Dd1. I couldn't lose my last weight until after weaning and being able to diet. So I was heavy until past a year. Yay.
I gained 40 lbs again this time. And I don't even want to know what I would have gained with each of my pregnancies if I wasnt throwing up and on IVs for the first half of all my pregnancies.
I finally got back on a scale this weekend and I am down 20lbs. I would love to lose at least 10 more and would be thrilled with 15. I am sure I won't lose that last 5 until I wean because of the ridiculous size of my boobs while nursing. Charlotte is 3 weeks old today and I still don't feel healed enough to kick up the exercise or walking. With three kids to look after I am too scared to over do it. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can be a little more active and start losing again.

I also gained 40 lbs. I'm only down 16 lbs and haven't lost anything the past week. Whomp whomp. I don't understand. I'm tandem nursing, chasing a toddler, and don't have time to eat half the time.
Gained 40 and have lost 35. But I was so overweight to begin with. I'd love to lose at least another 65, but ideally more like another 85. So yeah, I've got a lot to lose. A big part will be dependent on two health problems I have that caused the weight gain. So we will see!
There was only one month between my loss in December at 7 months and getting KU again, so I never had a chance to lose any baby weight from that first pregnancy. I'd gained about 30 pounds. With this pregnancy I gained another 25. I'm down to about 195 lbs but need to lose another 25 to be back at my real pre-preg weight... and even then, I could stand to lose another 10 lbs or so.
Somehow I actually think I've been gaining weight in the last week. Maybe it's just my organs going back to where they belong? I feel so stocky in my mid-section.
I'm right there with ya except there was 6mos in between. I totally grief ate through it though and gained then too. And i wasn't petite to begin with.
I was 250 before delivery and weighed 233 at my doc visit the other day. I really need to get down to at least 170.
I gained a lot before I got pregnant. I just got so frustrated with the miscarriages and secondary IF crap and my eating habits went downhill fast. A lot of "F it, I should still be pregant now" thinking that didn't do me any good. By my last appointment before I gave birth I weighed more than H by about 20 lbs.
I've lost about 20 since having Seedling and would like to lose a least 20 more. My ideal number is closer to about 40-50 to get me down to my pre-preg weight from before my first. I'm going to try to do it, but I don't want to set myself up for failure either. Honestly I'd probably feel loads better if I could get rid of the post c-section skin flap.
It makes me panicky trying to figure out when I'll even get time to workout with two kids and a job.

I gained 30 and was super happy when I'd lost 15 at my 2 week incision check. But today at my 6 week PP check, I haven't lost any more weight. Looks like I need to lay off the ice cream and Halloween candy...

With my first i gained 50 lbs. I lost 30 in the, first 4 weeks and then nothing. It took my about 8 months to slowly lose the rest. This time around I was all excited since I only gained 25lbs. I didn't really do anything different diet or exercise wise but I was hypoglycemic. I thought I would lose all the weight quickly. Not the case. I still have 10, maybe 12 lbs to go. Apparently my body likes to hang on to the weight.
I gained about 30 pounds while pregnant. I weighed myself about a month after DS was born and I was down about 17 pounds. Another 3 weeks later I am only down another 3 pounds. I was also being really careful about what I ate because of DS dairy allergy and I was walking everyday so I don't get it. The last week since I have stopped BF and can eat dairy I have eaten a lot of stuff I shouldn't have so I don't want to step on the scale. I should go to they gym but I am always so tired. I need to loose 12 more pounds to get down to pre pregnancy weight and would like to loose at least another ten on top of that.
