I tried power pumping and doubled my output the next day. Highly recommended! I also noticed I'd have lower output if I had caffeine that day. Can you think of anything that you've been consuming that might limit supply?

I have gotten dips in supply for all kinds of things. Power pumping has always helped bring my supply up. Baby at the breast as much as possible also helps. All is not lost and you can definitely get it back. I also eat oatmeal everyday, but I like oatmeal and it seems to keep you full for awhile.
If you aren't eating well or regularly, your body might be trying to "hold on" to its supplies. I'll second PP on oatmeal in a the AM. Not only is it supposed to up your supply, it's also just a generally good way to start the day, and prevents you from going into hunger mode
This. If you are not eating and drinking enough your body will decrease milk productions. Your body Wants to keep you alive and healthy, making milk is second. I aim for 100 oz of water a day as a minimum when nursing. If your period is coming back you need to drink even more to keep your out put up.
+1 to advice on water and oatmeal. Also, you can try fenugreek. Kellymom site says to have at least 3500 mg a day. It is a herbal pill that you can pick up at stores like Rollin' Oats. You can also talk to your pediatrician- mine is the one that told me about the fenugreek. It helped me. Also, don't fret or stress if you have a low supply time/day, just keep trying the next time. GL!
