misshart00 I want to eat all the food. I was dieting and had just lost 18 pounds before finding myself in this condition. I really don't want to be as heavy as I was last pregnancy.
I am usually a healthy eater, but last pregnancy I craved comfort foods (pizza, subs, casseroles, etc.) big time. I ate pizza for breakfast so I'd say it's starting already this time.

This sounds like me! I have eaten no less than 6 Big Macs in the last 8 days lol. It's the sauce! Also--steak for lunch again. Must need iron?
Has anyone used the sea-bands or psi bands? I got a pack of psi bands at target today and I am testing them out, wondering if anyone has had success curbing their morning sickness with these? Is there a trick to knowing you got the correct placement?
Well my morning sickness kicked in majorly over the weekend. No vomiting yet (I've come close) but just major nausea. And then I caught the same cold/URI that my family has had... so I'm just miserable! Does anyone have any pregnancy safe cold remedies? I've been drinking hot decaf tea and honey. Currently eating vegetable soup.

I use a Neti Pot to clean out my sinuses and it's been a miracle worker for me. I hope you can find relief soon!
Well, this could be my job/stress, but my back is freaking killing me. Way up by my shoulder blade. I'm laying on the floor of my office right now because all the chairs hurt too much.

I use Sea Bands religiously. They don't necessarily get rid of the nausea totally (particularly if it gets bad), but they do help to take the edge off. (And obviously they probably won't help with severe nausea and HG.) I tried the Psi Bands, but I just didn't like them. The trick is to get the knob in the right place--if you Google "Sea Band placement", there are better instructions than what I can probably give.

Adding a tablespoon or more of apple cider vinegar to a big glass of water seems to break up sinus congestion really well. I get several sinus infections a year and it always makes me feel better. You can add honey to the water if it is too strong for you.

My back is a mess too. With DD my upper ribs spread by over two inches and I was in pretty severe pain for months. I'm really hoping it isn't happening again already.

Dang it! I had both brands in my hands and I went with the psi bands and after like an hour my wrists are black and blue lol maybe I will try to exchange them
My symptoms are rolling in and out. So, I was way more nauseous and exhausted two days ago than I am today. Because of my history, I'm trying hard not to freak out (DH just keeps saying I'm being crazy). Is this normal?
I feel like my symptoms ebb and flow, and I'm trying not to let it freak me out. I think it's pretty normal. What's not so normal is squeezing your boobs every five minutes to figure out if they hurt more or less than the time before. Not that I've been doing that.
I can't tell you how much less crazy this makes me feel, because I've done this so much DH said my boobs probably hurt just from being squeezed so much.

I use the sea-bands! I find they work best if I put them on before I'm feeling really nauseous - they can't quite cut it if I'm already close to wanting to throw up. I also get motion sickness a LOT while pregnant, and they definitely help with that. I think the rule of thumb is to put the dot 3 fingers down your wrist, in between where you see the two tendons.
There, yes. That is what I was wanting to say, but I was afraid I would get my details wrong.

My boobs don't hurt this time at all which is making me crazy. Both of my other pregnancies they hurt so bad.

Same! My boobs don't hurt at ALL. I can only assume it is because I just finished nursing, and maybe they are already used to being bigger/having their shape change? I'm probably just making that up lol.

I don't think you're crazy. I stopped nursing DD 1 week before getting pregnant and my boobs don't hurt at all either. It's so odd to me because they hurt so bad last time. But I'm guessing since they are still nurseable (made that word up) maybe that's why I'm getting a reprieve.

With DS1 and this current child, my boobs THROB. STG it felt like I had mastitis on Sunday. Obv, with DS1 I had never BF, and DS2 weaned about 15 minths ago so my breasts are out of practice, so to speak. With my loss and with DS2, they never hurt or grew, but DS1 only weaned mere weeks before I got pg.
And oh my stars, with my first pregnancy, they blew up 2 cup sizes. I went from an almost B to a generous C. It was obscene lol. Kinda mad that hasn't happened with subsequent pregnancies, but, I have also BF a total of 3.5 years so far

So glad I'm not the only one! My midwife asked if I had any symptoms like breast tenderness and all of a sudden I remember being sooo sore with my last two children and realize NOPE I feel nothing at all in my breasts this time. However, I also recently stopped nursing about a month ago and I still have milk so i tend to think that is why I'm not feeling anything else unusual in my boobs. I'm laughing a little about the number of us that got KU right after stopping nursing, I face palmed HARD when I realized that contributed to the timing of me getting pregnant
Is anyone still breastfeeding? The pain is REAL. It feels like DS is biting me the whole time. I'm ready to wean after we're done traveling for Christmas, and it's only the nighttime feed, but so many feels. I don't think the extra circulating hormones help:(
I am still nursing my 2yo, not by my choice but she's very attached. I choose sleep over weaning at this point. I still haven't felt any discomfort but I am pretty early still.
