Hello ☺ We're doing great over here. Getting very excited for Christmas and DD'S birthday in two weeks. DH and I started TTC'ing #2. Cycle 2. Keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't take too long. Hope you are all doing well, Merry Christmas!

How in the world are we about to have 3 year olds??
We are doing well. A is 8 months now. He loves all the solids. Apples especially. He prefers his bm straight from the tap. He's about 20 pounds and rocking 12 mos clothes.
R will be 3 in less than a month. I cannot beleive it. We are still rear facing by the way which is something I've always been passionate about, along with my homemade baby food for A.
After 2 mos of going back to my old job, new boss, I couldn't take it anymore. I was crying everyday. Sick to my stomach from having no support, being stressed, etc., and I was only working 3 days a week! After quitting that job and taking off to Disney for a few days I felt a lot better and took on a new job.
I'm still working for an ABA company, but followed my old boss and still office 3 days a week and wfh 2 days a week. I am 1,000 times happier this time. They let me wfh when I need to, pretty much no questions asked. They get me.
We did get one curve ball thrown our way. My mom, our primary child care, fell and broke her pinky finger in a way that required surgery and 2 pins in her hand. That was fun. I was so relieved it wasn't any worse because it easily could have been. It did mean a month of me shuffling the kids between friends and wfh. And h taking extra vaycay days. But thankfully my mom is back at it. Lol.
Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hey, thanks for the tag. I've missed you ladies!
DS turns 3 at the end of January. After 15 cycles of TTC, I got pregnant on our Hail Mary cycle before trying a medicated IUI. DD is due in mid-April. DS is an absolute joy and could not be happier to be getting a sibling. We are so fortunate. He has been keeping me busy with preschool three mornings a week and a penchant for skipping naps now (when I need them the most)!
We are getting ready to fly to AZ for Christmas. Sending love and happy holiday wishes to all of you.
ETA: hikingmama222, I hope that your second TTC journey is a short one. XO
Well, I think DD officially is done napping. She took one yesterday but then was awake until almost 1030 PM fighting sleep. If I have to pick nap or going to bed at like 8PM, I choose 8PM.
I'm with URMySunshine77 on the April board, due April 1. I know the later ultrasounds aren't as trustworthy for date but the last two (12w and 20w) showed her as due on March 26. DH will already be out of the country so he was planning on coming on March 26 but now I'm not sure if I should tell him to come a few days earlier. DD was a week early. I'd rather him be around for a couple weeks after she's born though so I really don't want him to come too early in case she is stubborn.
DD & I have been on vacation in FL and will go home in time to do Christmas with DH and then we'll be back here at the end of Feb to wait around for the baby. I just can't wait to have her be 6 weeks old so hopefully we're cleared to go back to DH. We got our housing assignment and I'm so freaking excited that I don't want to be here any longer than necessary.
chilibeansm0m, still RFing here too. We're visiting family and definitely got some questions about "but when will you turn her around?" I just keep saying that I'm not really sure but it's safer for her to be RF and since she doesn't know any better she'll stay that way for now.

Loves these updates!
DS regressed from being potty trained to being back in diapers...Merry Christmas to me :/
We got him tickets to see Daniel Tiger Live for his birthday.
DD is 10 months old now and it is so neat to see the two of them interacting more. Although he does hit, push her over, and snatch anything she holds in her hands. Typical 2 year old big brother (I hope).

Hi ladies! I just had number 2 six weeks ago. DD loves her little brother but it has been an adjustment to no longer be an only child.
Her family birthday party is tomorrow and I'm taking cupcakes to her preschool class on Tuesday. She is so excited between birthday and Christmas that she's been bouncing off the walls.
We went to see Santa this morning and even managed some holiday pictures last weekend.
How is DS1 almost 3 and DS2 nearly 14 months? We might be crazy, but we're actually trying for our third right now. After 3 we will definitely be done. Christmas is upon us, and DS1 has been asking for "a gun with real shooting bullets" which is actually a nerf gun (his cousins got nerf guns with the darts for their birthdays IN JULY, and DS1 still remembers it and talks about them all the time), but he makes me look like some sort of gun toting, psycho, Sarah Palin fangirl every time he sees Santa.
DS2 is talking more and more, bring us books to be read to him, and loves following his big brother around which is so fun to see. I think the biggest victory with him though is he's finally sleeping 10-12 hours a night consistently. His brother started sleeping those long stretches when he was 10 weeks old. Little brother has been more like 10 months old.
All this sleep is probably what makes me want to have more! Am I crazy? Yeah probably crazy! But I truly love being a mom.

DD is getting so tall & so smart. I still haven't convinced DH to have a second. DD is full of sass lately so it is difficult at times. I'm loving seeing everyone's updates!
