I'm not a crier, but I do tend to get angry and annoyed super fast. Which is super awesome with holiday travel, a two year old, a husband, and two clingy dogs. I picture me stepping outside a lot in the near future.

This maybe more of a confession, but I cried for two days when I found out I was pregnant. Totally blaming hormones on that.

Now I'm just a grump.

I'm usually really patient but things are setting me off fairly easily now. And the crying - of course this time of year doesn't help b/c all of those commercials that just tug at your heart strings are always on. We usually DVR everything so we'll skip through commercials but we'll occasionally catch one or two in passing. The one that really gets to me right now is the Glade candles one that starts out with an old widower eating soup alone and missing his late wife. His young neighbor notices that he seems kind of sad (looking out her window) and she takes a strand of her lights and decorates his front porch area. Tears every time!

So....I'm like having this super happy energy kick. Which - as you get to know me - is ABNORMAL! LOL. But so far, not a ton of crying. The holidays are SUPER hard for us - hormones or no hormones. But I'm weirdly hanging in there this year.

I sent H to the store to get chips for a party we were going to. He got the wrong kind (I hadn't specified what kind). He found my crying to be absurd, can't say he was wrong....

The fact that my 4 year old is too big for toddler section clothing so when I looked for Xmas jammies all I found was this pathetic shelf

Where is the fleece?

Where is all the green and red for goodness sake?!

My first child is no longer a baby.
Tears. Big. Ugly. Tears.

We went to see a popular children's performer at our temple last night. So my husband sent me a playlist of the guy's music and we were listening to it in the car on the way to daycare. My son fell asleep, but this one song totally made me tear up, it was so cheesy yet emotional and beautiful

Thank goodness I'm not the only one!
It was awful, made worse by the fact that I was only looking at them because I was waiting for my rx for the stupid YI annnnnnd I can't really buy crap like that right now anyways because poor. Gave me the grumps.

I was running errands and asked my husband if he wanted me to pick up breakfast. He said yes, that he wanted yogurt and granola to make a parfait, but he suspected I could get those at the nearby convenience store. Checked 2--nope!--so gave up and went to the grocery store (on a weekend mid-morning). Got the stuff, went home. Turned out the yogurt had gelatin, so my vegetarian husband couldn't eat it. Wept.

Also cried at the preview for Alvin and the Chipmunks. Although in my defense, Alvin and the Chipmunks was the first movie my husband and I saw together. (There was *nothing* in the theaters that week.)

I must be the unusual pregnant lady because I haven't had an irrational cry yet. If anything I think I have been more level headed, although DH says I am grouchy.

During my FET cycle last April, I ugly cried watching an inspirational FB story. DH walked in and I tried to explain everything but I was crying so hard I couldn't get the story out. He finally just shook his head and told me I could tell him the story later.

Ugh I hate when I get this way. Like, I want to claw someone's eyes out sometimes. And then I hate myself for it.
