So far I haven't found anything that's going to meet my needs long term. I don't know what my current bra size is (I was a 40DD before delivery and am larger now), but it's too large for most of the XL nursing bras. I have two 2xl crisscross style Lamaze bras that are "good enough" to wear to bed. The ones I wear on a daily basis and out of the house are the same style as the motherhood one except they are rampage brand. Since they are stretchy they fit, but do not provide decent support and lift. As I am starting to leave the house more and more I definitely need to find a nursing bra that is large enough and supportive so I don't have saggy old lady boobs. Also the nursing tanks aren't working for me either the XL barely fit my boobs, but are too large in the waist... Le sigh
