jamjoyful, DD is 19mo. She is usually pretty good with her sleep routine. Is there some kind of leap or regression around now? Lol She is napping right now, thankfully, but of course, I couldn't fall asleep! Boo. My SO just doesn't have a lot of available time in the waking hours to establish himself in our routine. It isn't really fair to any of us.
My H and I were just discussing a leap. I think our problem is teeth. It's really hard when you don't have backup. I definitely understand what that is like.

I got a leap alarm for DD2 Sunday, so jamjoyful it's likely A is one too. Not that I notice with DD2; for the first 14 months she was perpetually cranky and now she's more even keeled.
venyia DD1 (my bad sleeper) had a rough time around 18-19 months. It's rough, but they do come through. ((Hugs)).
I just took a bath and now I'm paranoid that I'm not supposed to do that....
The theory is it can be a problem if your core temperature rises too much, but I think it's pretty hard to do that in the bath, unless it's got heaters like a hot tub.

No heaters and I didn't turn it up that much, the water was cooling down fast too so I guess I shouldn't worry.
I had a good day back at school today - I managed the nausea just fine. I sat at my desk a bit more than usual but it worked out. I passed out thank you notes to the kids for their presents. They were so thrilled and surprised. It's the little things

I figured as much. I deleted my app after it told me she should be asking for her coat when it's cold or something like that at 12 months.
An old acquaintance on FB just posted this long, rambling status about how she "ate clean, no GMO, vegan" for her pregnancy so she could have natural childbirth, and I am so tempted to mention sweetly that I had a milkshake every day in 3rd tri and also managed to do the same thing.
dorkusmalorkus, Do you have another appointment scheduled coming up? Maybe it's something to do with that? Did they do testing on 12/23 that takes a while to come back?

My first OB appointment is tomorrow and I was surprised to get a phone call from my new OB this evening. He didn't have any info on me and wanted to get some info before my appointment tomorrow. Of course I only have parts of my medical records and haven't had a chance to copy them yet, but they want me to bring them tomorrow.
I also spilled the beans at work today. My boss took the news better than I expected and offered to set up a meeting between me and our new HR rep. My company is going through a management buy out and our benefits will all change mid year. He said given my unique situation (i.e. We spent a shit ton of money on infertility treatments over the last 3.5 years), he thought I should talk to her before decisions are made regarding health insurance, etc.

Thanks you guys for the sympathetic ear! I needed that today. I took myself out to starbucks for a nice decaf "study break". IE study to get a break from home! Left DD and SO watching Clone Wars. I think they will be ok for a couple hours.
My mom has a problem realizing that our entire lives don't need to be on Facebook, one of the many reasons she isn't finding out until 2nd tri. Last time I told my immediate fam @ 9 weeks, for 5 weeks my mom drove me nuts about wanting to put it on Facebook. She even set up one of those "your baby is x weeks today..." and posted it to her timeline every week.
