Anyone else have a lo not interested in sleeping yonight? We've been trying to get our two week old to sleep since 9:30. She's taken enough catnaps to energize herself for several large poop diapers and spitups interspersed with constant nursing.
It's only 11 here and I'm nursing now hoping to go to bed after but he has been doing this lately at night. He will be dead asleep in my arms and them is wide awake when I lay him down. So I spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours getting him to sleep. But once I do get him back to sleep he usually is out for 4-5 hours. Hope you get some sleep tonight!
It's 215, I'm pumping after feeding, changing and putting Owen back down. After a few nights of sleeping 3-4 hour stretches it seems we are back to every two hours tonight. He was also super hungry before bed. Thankfully DH and I switch off for the MOTN feedings so we will both get some sleep.
She finally fell asleep around 2:30 or 3 and didn't wake up until 7:30. I'm breastfeeding so have to take care if all motn feedings and dh had to go back to work already so has to sleep some. He usually changes the nighttime diapers but I felt bad for him last night and didn't wake him up. So sleepy now though!
