While you were finding out what foods bothered your LO, did you notice changes in consistency when your LO ate a trigger food? Our ped GI suspects mspi (or possibly more, ugh. 3 weeks in the elimination diet and no improvement). I've been suspecting egg too. Whenever I eat eggs, DD gets really weird vomit and sometimes poop. Like the consistency is different. The GI doesn't think it means anything, but the consistency gets stuck in her nose more easily (it comes out of her nose 95% of the time), so I'm inclined to avoid it, but it would make my life easier. Sometimes the vomit has these really stringy bits, different than curds, that are also in the poop and sometimes the vomit is thick and sludgy and looks more like a slurpy coming out- thick and slowed. She is 5 weeks and EBF. Vomiting since birth, extremely gassy, and has diarrhea/green/mucousy diapers on occasion, if any of that makes a different.
ETA those vomits are specific to when I eat egg. The rest of the time they are just really chunky.
