Wait. Lola I still can't process this. Does she not have a life?
She has a life. She's married with two kids. Just had/has this obsession with what my h is up to. She never wanted him to love anyone else. She's pretty crazy. The extent of her crazy is crazy.
Nope! We actually met when I was 18 and I was away at college in FL. He randomly messaged me through Myspace and I would talk to him here and there and then we talked all the time and finally met during winter break when I was home!
My IRL friend though got married in July 2014 to her DH and they had been together since she was like 14! Crazy!

I'll play since I am mostly a lurker these days...
I am 29 and live in MD. I have been married for just over 2 years, but we have been together for about 6 years. I am a working mom which is one of the main reasons I don't participate very much. We actively try to limit computer/cell phone time while we are at home because we both feel that it takes away from our already limited time together and with DD. During the day I am on mobile, so I mostly just lurk.
I am expecting #2 in Sep '16 and I am looking forward to seeing DD as a big sister!
I also shop way to much on Amazon and day dream about baking and crafting, but don't usually have enough time to follow through!
I really enjoy all you ladies! Lots of times this board and FB are what keep me laughing during the crappy days.

Hi all! I post occasionally but still lurk pretty hard core. I do not know how I would have made through the past 2 years without having you ladies/lurking on what everyone else was doing!
I'm 28, just moved to the DMV (or it is just DMV and not the DMV? Clearly I'm new here - which stands for DC, Maryland, Virginia) I've been married almost 6 years and have my J14 DD who was actually born in August and am expecting #2 at the end of April, which was a total surprise.
In my copious free time (haha) I like to read (which has been replaced with audiobooks on my lovely commute), window shop Amazon, and shop at Target where I never seem to spend less than $65.

I'll re-intro: MY J14 girl came at the end of June. I turned 29 last month. Married 5.5 years and together for 9. Our little dude is due in a couple of weeks. I live in BFE SC, we lived 6 years in DE and finally got back down south when DD was 7 weeks old. I am graduating w/my 2nd BS in May and hopefully onto grad school in the fall. I the J14 ladies!!!!
chickiebabe7575, I feel you on Target spending. I pretty much live at Target. I am so predictable that Amelia knows to go to the bathroom first and then to Starbucks when we walk in . Hubs likes to amuse himself by asking her "what does Mommy do first?"
She has a life. She's married with two kids. Just had/has this obsession with what my h is up to. She never wanted him to love anyone else. She's pretty crazy. The extent of her crazy is crazy.
That's nuts. Does her husband know she does this?!?!
Long story. He probably doesn't know she stalks. But does know of her dealings with my h.

I like it so far! Except for the cost of housing and daycare. Those things make me want to cry. I'm living in Maryland. The diversity of people and food is much better than in the south, where we just moved from. I hope the blizzard is treating you well Lola

Cost of living here is crazy!! I hear ya on the daycare. In my town ( in Montgomery county) it's about $100/day per kid. I just signed both of my kids for daycare near my work in Carroll county and it's much cheaper.

Hi everyone, snowmageddon & my DH watching the worst movies ever has me finally signing up and joining in. Forgive my noob/mobile posting ways. I'm 35, my DH & I've been married almost 8 years & together for 14. I'm mom to an awesome little J14 DS and a cavalier spaniel poodle mix. I'm an attorney for a small nonprofit and work part-time from home most days. We recently moved to the 'burbs after living in Phildelphia for years and before that Boston so even though I grew up in rural PA it's been an adjustment from city life. Thanks for the lurker call out, one of my 2016 resolutions is to make more mom friends!

Thanks for all the welcomes ladies!
hurricanerek & Lola thanks for the photo tips-using tapatalk now and it seems much easier so far...
@iheartmyshiba We lived right on the edge of Chinatown for 3 years bc DH worked at Tufts. Lot of memories! And of course Boston is the only reason I have a coat appropriate for today's snow. You look so nice for the party-be careful in the messy weather!!
OMG Lola, $100 a day?! Is that for 2 kids at least??
No. That's per kid under 2. Actually it's $97 dollars but come on, it's crazy. I do think they give 10% off for the second kid. I live in a very hcol area. I work 40 miles north in a much more country-ish area. Daycare there for 2 kids is about $500/week.

That's ballpark of what we pay and lunch is extra.
I'm Heather! I am 32, live in Texas but grew up in the Carolinas - and I miss it. GO PANTHERS.
I've been married for 5 years, together with my DH for 10. We have one J14 kiddo - may be one and done.
I don't get on here very often since I don't have alot of free time due to work and my awesome 1 hour each way commute every day. But I try to keep up with you ladies and have enjoyed getting to know you while lurking in the background (on PB atleast!)
Welcome!! You're name looks familiar, were you on TD?
Yes although not very active for same reasons. I did just get the app so maybe that will help.
Hi ladies I just joined TCF but I participated (mainly lurked) in J14 back in the day. We live in Ohio and I'm a hair stylist❤️ My son was actually born in June. We have 2 coonhounds and a toddler so life is really loud and obnoxious right now lol
I'm going to try really hard not to be a lurker this time around?

I can't believe I'm missing all of this! I'm working on getting over here to post more often!
Welcome to all the newbs!
Here's my re-intro:
I'm Tiffany, I'm 33 and Live in the Cincy area with my H and my J14 baby girl and our 2 cats (Penny & Elfie).
I grew up in Northeast Ohio so I'm a huge Cleveland sports fan. H is a Florida State alum so I root for the 'Noles by marriage.
I moved to Florida right out of college and that's where I met H. We've been married for just over 3 years. We moved up to Ohio to have more growth in our careers (we both work for the same company and this is where we need to be to grow professionally).
I love movies, awards shows, TV, music and Chipotle. Basically, i love all things entertainment, pop culture and food.
This J14 group has been a life saver! Love these girls!

------>Lurker coming out to play
I am 32, a former middle school teacher, and a stay at home mom to my crazy J14 toddler. I joined back on The Bump and participated a bit on TTGP and then in the beginning of our BMB (different screenname). Then I got scared away from posting after a GTKY thread where I realized there was another woman in the same (small) city as me. I became mostly a lurker at that point because I was scared of accidentally giving away too much personal information, especially since I had already vented once about my boss at the time. I must say, though, that you ladies gave awesome advice. Almost every question I had that first year was already answered by the time I would get on in the evenings to catch up on threads. When everyone came over here, I was mostly on mobile. Between that and chasing a toddler, I just had never gotten around to making an account here. Then it just became weird and I felt creepy. So thanks for the welcome thread and bringing me out of lurkerdom!

Welcome! I'm the same in the sense that I try really hard not to post on here about work or family/friends even though I want to vent all the time haha.. I'm too afraid of who might be lurking!

Welcome daffodilsandcoffee! I'm in the same boat in that kelpsu and I found out we live really close to each other. I'm not particularly scared of her but it's been a good reminder for me to be hyperaware of what I post about. Probably a good exercise for all of us!
