My mom kept all my teeth how gross is that? Or is that a thing...what am I going to do with my baby teeth?! Seriously! My grandma kept a blanket my dad and brother were blessed with and then I totally forgot to use it for LOs blessing...mom fail
My MIL gave us 2 medicine bottles with baby teeth in them. She didn't know if they were DH'S or BIL's. I threw them away.
She also keeps everything. She gave ds Lincoln Logs last year that had been glued together. The worst tyhing is she wraps then up like gifts. This year he got dh's old ninja turtles and one was missing a foot.

Oh, there's literally tons of stuff that my mother saved. I've taken some of my books from childhood, random baby clothes that are gender neutral, and she gave me the rattle that was mine.
A bunch of toys appeared when I met my parents in NYC, some of which I remember, some of which I do not.
And DS wore the baptism gown that I and my siblings wore.
Now, my MIL has also kept random stuff, but it's not in good condition. She sent two of DH's stuffed animals (DH requested these), but I don't want to give them to DS because they're dirty and DH had scarlet fever when he was a child. One I have sitting on DS's shelf and the other is tied up in a plastic bag because I'm paranoid. I don't know how to get them out of DS's room without DH complaining...

Are they washable? But them in a pillowcase and run them threw the laundry on hot a couple times? Or would they disintegrate?

They're pretty old, so I'm afraid they would disintegrate...
My mom only saved one dress, my first shoes, and most of my books from childhood that were in good condition. She wasn't too sentimental. I put DDs going home outfit, birth announcement, and some baby shower items in the box with my wedding memorabilia. I wont save much else.
