What's the oldest thing you own and what's the story behind it?
My taste buds aren't fanc-eh...marble cupcake with chocolate frosting.
I tend to pick out light pinks.
I think the oldest thing we own is a wooden rocking chair my parents brought us when DS was born. They thought it'd be useful to have a rocking chair on both levels of the house. It came from my great aunt's house, so I'm assuming it is 60+ years old. It needs some TLC!
I think Bethany Hamilton is very inspiring and brave. I don't think I'd have the strength to get back up and return to surfing after what happened.
And, IRL I would say my sister. She's eleven years older than me and I've always looked up to her. She pursued her PhD when she learned she was pregnant with #3, and somehow did school full time while he was a newborn. Now she has four kids, is a kick-ass college professor, and still manages to volunteer in the community and do fun things with her friends. She's basically Superwoman.
Where in Ireland did you study? For how long? The rainbow in my siggy was taken there when I was 4 month preg with lo. I've spent quite a bit of time there.
bunny I lived in Cork for a semester (Aug-Dec). Do you have family in Ireland?
Sure! We like to work with our wedding photographers, but they are 2.5 hours away near my hometown, so it's not always easy to schedule. Can't hurt to have some backups, thanks!
