I'm getting tired of all the same things from all the same places. Anyone have any favorite stores? Or do you have a really cool place you go when you're looking for something special?
I've gotten most of her clothes at a resell store (Kid-to-Kid), mostly we buy Carter's brand there. We did just get a cute onesie at JCPenney Saturday, and we've picked up sleepers at target.
We've done mostly Carters and Target... that being said Squishy622 told me about Tea Collection and I've gotten a few things for this summer from there (your wallet will not thank you). I want to get kickee pants outfits but they are super pricey. I walked into Old Navy, got overwhelmed by too much stuff not well organized and walked out... Haven't been to baby gap - need to do that!
Hand me downs FTW! I have a friend with a 2 year old daughter and a 6 month old. I got so much stuff from her. I couldn't find any of DD1's clothes from her first year so it's been a help. I've bought very little for DD2 so far. I like Carters for sleep n plays, but agree it's the "same old stuff" even from when DD1 was a baby.
There's a 2nd hand store right near me that I frequent for DD1. I got some beautiful holiday dresses for her there.
frantastic, CP does seem to have declined in quality. I used to love their stuff but now that you mention it their sizing is inconsistent for DD1. She's right around the 50th percentile for height and all of her xs/4 pants from CP are too short.
