Unicorn warning: I tried dreamfeeding last night and LO slept from 10:00 pm-6:00 am. Not even the usual 2 or 3 diaper changes! Just a few pacifier poppings. I could cry! It was so nice to have all of us get good sleep!! Even if it doesn't work this well every night, I am definitely excited to continue trying it.
My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs.
TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
Mash half a banana per egg used. Scramble an egg and mix them together. Use like pancake batter. I can never get mine to resemble pancakes- it always comes out like banana-flavors scrambled eggs. I still put syrup on it, though.
I'll take bigger pants. Trying to "fake" foods doesn't cut it for me.

famousea I've never actually made them but I THINK you are supposed to takes the mashed banana and mix it with the raw egg first. You can add flax or anything else to health it up if you want. Pour batter into pan and it should resemble a pancake. applegrape did you scramble the egg before adding the banana? ETA: I saw other posted other suggestions! Going to try this!
I finally found you ladies. Holy carp! Forced myself to take a break from the bump and everything went crazy by the time I made it back. My brother and SIL came in town to finally meet LO this weekend. I told SIL that LO has shots this week and how upset she was after her 2 month shots. SIL called LO a wimp and told me I was raising a diva. WTF?! She's four months old...
My guy had his four month checkup and shots yesterday. My husband took him since I was working a 12+ hr day. He screamed so hard that he puked, poor guy. The baby, I mean. I think my husband only cried a little.

DD2 was a donkey last night, and nursed a ton, but DD1 has been making up for any lack of sleep by taking it easy on me. She has been in a great mood despite being sick still. I was laughing most of yesterday at her silly little personality.

I'd definitely cry if they puked from crying. So sad!
I made it. A little ugly crying on the drive back home, but not as bad as I expected. Still tearing up here and there. He's going to do arts and crafts later. It makes me sad to think I'm going to miss that. I'm also conflicted between being sad they don't do streaming video and glad they don't do it because I know I wouldn't be able to get anything done. Must. Keep. Breathing.
Alex has a temp of 101 under the arm an hour after giving him infant Tylenol. Left a message on our nurse's line. Waiting for call back. Just seems too high for a reaction to shots. ::shrug::
Did you guys see that Rand Paul made some statement linking vaccines to mental disorders? He said he has heard of many cases where healthy kids ended up with a mental disorder after getting vaccinated. First of all, what does that even mean? Second, I wish politicians wouldn't talk about things they know nothing about.
What is really sad is that he has a medical background, attended the Duke University School of Med, and is an ophthalmologist (at least according to wiki). He should really know better.
