Last night I read my daughter a library book about Day of the Dead and the main character's grandma dying. It was way above her comprehension level, but the babysitter lets her pick library books at random. Anyway, I cried while reading it. Wtf self.
I saw some where they had a why my pregnant self is crying thread, maybe we need one of those. I cried like 3 times watching the movie Home last night.
Edited because autocorrect.
We'd probably all just cry while reading the thread.

Oh, I'm side eyeing the shit out of you right now. Bananas and Nutella 4eva!!
But seriously. Potassium helps the leg cramps at night.
I'm not sure even Nutella could make bananas tolerable. It's a lifelong aversion though, my mom says I gagged at the taste even as a baby!
But yes, you're right, I'll try to up my potassium intake.
There is some serious banana hatred on my home board. Bananas are like gods gift to me. I could eat them forever. That said, potatoes and sweet potatoes have more potassium than bananas. Half of it is in the skin though, so make sure to eat the skin.

I've been crying at ANYTHING about the parent-child bond. Like anything. Thank goodness I watch TV in private.

I blacked out last pregnancy due to BP issues. Ran straight into a wall. It was super fun. Last week DD and I went to the Minute Clinic to get checked out and the doc was taking my BP and started re-pumping the cuff saying "I missed your top number", I told her I run low even without being pregnant. Turns out DD (age 6) and I had almost the same BP with hers being like 90/50 and mine 95/58.
We bought a used van yesterday and DS is in love. It has a DVD player with wireless headphones. He watched Nemo the whole trip running errands and H loved the silence.
According to Facebook everyone I know, even people with little kids, went on a Valentine's date tonight. My husband has been on a trip all week and I am sitting on the couch by myself in sheep pajamas. Boo.

We went to a movie Friday night because I worked tonight and tomorrow. I wish I was at home in my pajamas.
Oh and I had a crazy dream last night that the girls were born and I couldn't remember Evie's name at first and people kept calling her by DD1's name. And then I went to take a selfie with the girls and realized that I had had 4 girls and two boys instead of my normal two. I was trying to remember the other two girls' names and felt like a horrible mom until I remembered that it was a surprise and we didn't have names picked out. One of the babies suddenly was a toddler and told me her name was Allie.
I blame H talking about him and DS being out numbered 4 to 2, girls to boys, right before bed.
katelou - My husband left for a business trip on Wednesday and won't be back until Tuesday. Just me and DD for Valentine's Day here. Last night I did some work and went to bed early. Tonight I'll probably just order pizza and go to bed early. Woohoo!

I worked and DH had bedtime duty I got home at 10 and ate cold pizza in bed. I put on a show and fell asleep within ten minutes. Today DH works all day and it's snowing. His valentine is a kiss and some cookies we made. I didn't even make a special meal.
I feel your pain, I was at the laundromat yesterday because the pipes were frozen in our laundry room. Luckily the rest of our house is fine. I hope you de-thaw soon!

We stayed in, just a regular night for us since we had a busy day. It's not even 9pm and I would really like to go to bed! I hope you and your H can do something special when he gets home!
