Why are we not talking about TWD?

I'm with you. Especially the scene with Jesse and Sam. It really bugged me that no one thought to pick the kid up or literally drag him along. They literally all became dumb, but then shortly after everyone is in the streets killing walkers no prob. 

Also I was very annoyed that they started out in the middle of the day and it all of a sudden was night time.

Hold on now. This show is based on comic books. Ron is supposed to be the only child of Jesse and he dies in the same way Sam did. He is the first child to have a witnessed death as well so it makes sense it would be the first we have seen.

This isn't any worse than any other kid death we have witnessed. Hello?? Lizzie killed her own sister.

This. It's a scene straight from the comic book except he pees his pants and the walkers chomp on him.

I assumed no one picked him up or started dragging him because they were trying not to make a big scene. I think they were hoping they could quietly convince him to keep walking. I was a little confused why the zombies attacked him at that moment. He wasn't even talking. I guess because he was standing still, although I didn't know that was part of the deal. Plus everyone else was standing still too. Oh well.
There's a lot of stuff like that I could pick apart in each episode, but I love it and will just take it for what it is!

I thought maybe because he was starting to cry? I don't know. I think it just needed to happen.

I hate that article. The writers killed Sam because it was satisfying to viewers. Call me sadistic, but I thoroughly enjoyed that scene.

Sam dying didn't bother me. It was the absurdity of everything, which I mentioned above.

That and to follow the comic story line to an extent. I could care less that they showed it. If it were an infant, I would have something to say.

Hey, let's not go crazy here. I have zero problem with Sam dying. I was more bummed that he didn't die in the mid-season finale vs. the premiere. I love the comic.

What I am saying is that the scene itself stood to be much more dynamic. Both of them just stood there and got chomped on.

I think Jesse bothers me more. Hello? You still have another kid to live for (at that point).

Don't stand there like a martyr and be a Walker buffet. Go down swinging.

Give Rick a reason to have a three-second memory montage about.

And, FTR, we didn't witness Lizzie kill her sister on-screen.

I'm honestly laughing at myself defending the writers. I should request a freaking paycheck for putting myself on the line.
