I'm guessing this babe will have light brown. Both DD's were born dark haired, but DD1 turned blondish and DD2 stayed dark. I'm light brown and do is DH, but we were both blonde growing up.
DD has dark blonde light brown hair and DH and I both have brown hair but had blonde to dark blonde when we were little so I'm guess this LO will have dark blonde as well.
Husband is fair skinned and was blonde as a baby and young kid, but it got dark as he got older. I am olive skinned with deep brown/almost black hair, so I am assuming our kid will have brown hair. Not sure about texture, I will die a thousand happy deaths if this boy has curls.
I'm voting for black. Technically my hair is dark brown, but it is so dark that people often ask me if I have a black rinse in it. I get a lot of comments about my dark hair color. Mainly because the darkness has a natural reflective quality so it's almost like a gloss. DH has very dark brown hair too, but its not as thick as mine so it doesn't look as black.
This is a photo of my hair that my hair dresser uses for her website. It's been washed and conditioned but no color added.
I voted brown just because that's how DS was. He was born with VERY dark brown hair, but it's almost light/medium brown now. It's so interesting how it changes over time! If he's like my husband, it'll get darker again as he gets older. We'll see!
