Dinner is still TDB, but probably something with the ground turkey in the fridge. Most likely tacos because that's our default.
update: apparently in our conversation about dinner DH thought I sounded less than enthusiastic about tacos so we're having the very adult dinner of chicken nuggets and fries. I asuume he's heating a veg to go with it as well.

We're supposed to meet up with DH's new friend and his new friend's GF for Chinese food... I will likely be eating Chicken Lo Mein or General Tsos chicken.

DH is working late (deadline tomorrow) plus the kids and I went out for brunch with my parents and I'm still not really hungry, so probably just some TJ's salmon burgers (on slim buns with TJ's tartar) and a salad (I've been making a yummy one lately that's field greens, diced roasted sweet potato, dried cranberries, pecans, pistachios, blue cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette) whenever he gets home. (I fed the kids fish sticks and fresh veggies with hummus earlier...)
I was going to put dinner in the crock pot this morning (crock pot chicken cacciatore), but since I didn't we're either eating leftovers of this, or some chicken sausage and roasted veggies.

That looks yummy.
It is, and decently healthy, too (since it has some veggies in it!)
Last night we had buffalo chicken meatballs that were delish. Don't get too excited about my kitchen prowess, though. We bought them at Sam's Club. (Tonight I had leftovers from my Friday lunch. But it was a chili cheeseburger. Sinful but yum.)
