So one can deduce that purple is an equal opportunity lover of all seasons?
Yes. I enjoy living in a country with a climate, where each season is genuinely different. I moan about the weather as much as the next (British) person, but actually I think it's great that we have so much variety.
What, just spaghetti with no sauce? Sorry, but no thanks to cold, clammy pasta.
No, Spaghetti with Marinara sauce. Cold and left over from the night before. It's one of my favorite breakfast treats.
Just as well everyone is different! I'm allergic to shellfish so I can't eat marinara sauce, but even if I wasn't allergic, the idea of left over shellfish makes me feel slightly queasy.

The marinara we speak of does not have shellfish. Its a chunky, garlicky, tasty red sauce for pasta. Or, to dip your mozzarella sticks in!
purple, I am allergic to shellfish too! Ours does not have shellfish in it.

I think we are having another cultural difference moment. Marinara sauce doesn't have shellfish

Must be a cultural difference then :-) Marinara sauce in the UK is mostly shellfish, hence the name. Tagging mrsdee1982 and Widget123!
Apparently I'm outnumbered. Still staying on my Midwestern hill, enjoying by BBQ, and drinking my pop. You guys wanna fight about it?
Where in the midwest are you from? In KS, everyone calls it grilling because BBQ is a type of food...
I'm a Michigander... so completely different Midwest than Kansas. I can see your grilling/BBQ beef though, given how KS is so much more known for their BBQ. Can we be friend again?
I'm definitely with tiffbot, and purple! I'm so glad we have different weather. I even like winter even though it can be awful there is just something so magical about Christmas lights in the snow.
