Isa.bel Mar.jorie was born a week early, on Sunday the 28th. She's 20 in long and weighs 6lb 12oz. Nothing on earth could have prepared us for the love we're feeling right now!
I will write our birth story soon, but basically my water broke as I stepped out of the shower at 6:30 pm on Saturday night and I labored naturally for the next 20 hours until she was born! She was posterior, so there was a lot of slowed progress and back labor involved, but she's here safe and sound, and nothing could be better!
Thanks for starting the thread, labor buddy katespade . And to my J'15 ladies, I don't even know how you found your way over here today, but it brought tears to my eyes that I'm still in your hearts - I hope you know that you and your babies are still in mine!
