Whine- I'm at a crossroad at work & I'm being so indecisive about what I want. Everything is so clouded by ttc that I'm having trouble deciding what's really best career wise at this point.
Wine- Pretty sure all my walking in the city, being off meds, and being careful with food- I've lost a few lbs the past 2 weeks! I won't know until next week at home, but clothes are fitting better & more important I feel better! Happy that going into our IUI to be feeling better!
Whine-- I'm a moody mess. I've been crying at work in the mornings and at home in the evenings.
Wine-- We got our Molly Bears yesterday! Molly Bears is an organization that makes weighted teddy bears for people who have lost babies. They make them the same weight as your baby and decorate them in ways that are meaningful to you. We got them for our twins who we lost at 21 weeks gestation this summer. They both have rainbow bows with yellow butterflies on them. I love them so much and am so glad manada decided to order them!
****loss and living child discussed***** We're queer. I'm 34, have severe stage 4 endo, and both fallopian tubes are gone. My love ("Manada" 33) was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. We did Partner IVF (my eggs, her uterus). We lost our twins Tav.in and Ca.sey at 21 weeks gestation.
Whine: Still coming off the shock of being $3,000 short on the last 4 weeks of maternity leave. We were told explicitly that I could use sick time to cover it, and now we can't. We've only got 10 weeks left to save $3,000 and I'm not sure we can do it. Our budget is already so thin there's not much to pull from. I'm weepy every time I think about it.
Wine: Crying on the couch about it last night brought DW and I closer (emotionally and physically) together. Now that I'm kind of enormous we don't get to cuddle as often, and that felt nice.
Whine: I have been reading the thread about renaming the site, what a downer! I have only been recently active here, and for a bit in Adoption land. I guess the snark that they talk about having is being expressed. I am not sure that it works for me. This area is so welcoming, and I have NEVER saw an ::::eye roll::: as a response.
Wine: My name is finally being changed at work, though, now my email is not working, so I am free to do as I wish
Whine: I'm on hold with Best Buy, and all I want to do is ask a two-part question that will take 2 minutes to answer. The music is getting very irritating.
Wine: I think I'm going to go buy a new computer tonight! Assuming, of course, that the answers to my 2 part question are: 1.) Yes we have the one you want in stock and 2.) Yes we have a floor model you can poke before you decide to buy it.
