My mom still thinks we accidentally got pregnant because I thought nursing was effective birth control. I don't know how she started thinking this, but it would be awkward to tell her no, we were just drunk and irresponsible.
I had a wonderful day with just me and my babies for the most part. MIL was off running errands all day and H was at work.
We went to Walmart so I could pick out some new glasses. I've been wearing the same ones for 5 years and they are super scratched. I also picked up a few groceries.
However, when I was at the check out, DS was crying and DD was whining. Some random lady came over to us, marveled how cute DS was, then grabbed my stroller and started rocking it back and forth. I was in complete shock that she had the gall to do that so I shot her a death glare then reached toward the stroller and pulled it a little closer to me. Like seriously, WTF is wrong with some people. You don't just grab a stranger's stroller even if the kids are crying.
vk Is restless leg a pregnancy thing for you? Lately I feel like I have "restless body" or something. Like my whole body feels tingly and unsettled, and I can't go to sleep. I've been wondering if this is a real thing.
So, I totally only skimmed the thread, but I didn't see this posted already. I may be a little too excited to share this.
I'm also a member of Nov 16 now, and a girl introduced without having a BFP. It's drawing a bit of attention. She also made a small jab at working mom - so extra fun! I just thought you may be interested.
One of my managers came up to me this morning to congratulate me on my pregnancy. His wife just had a baby in November.
He goes "I thought you were still nursing" I told him I still am. He says "but you can't get pregnant while nursing...?" Oh man, I giggled. I said that is one of the biggest myths out there. He them TMI'd me and said they aren't using any protection, just banking on the fact that his wife is still nursing. I told him to be ready for another kid.
HIS WIFE IS A NURSE!! I feel like she had to know that. But she wants another baby like yesterday so ...[/quote Haha! My cousin is a nurse and this happened to her! We were like, tisk tisk! She's like, but I never got my period back.....but to be fair, in nursing school you breeze by the mother/baby stuff.

I get restless leg off and on anyways, but I had it much more frequently when pregnant. Have you tried gentle yoga or anything like that? Sometimes just stretching and working on relaxing can help with a variety of things - and sometimes it does nothing. But maybe worth a try?

I've had it before I was pregnant, but that was very rare. I didn't get it really the first time around, but this pregnancy it happens weekly whenever I am overly tired. I haven't had the full body restless experience, but I feel like it could be a thing. Your body is telling you to go to sleep!
