I don't know if anybody has any UOs, but I'm throwing it out there.
Random: ZombieBoy slept by himself in his own bed all night last night. Aw, yeah. Now if only I can convince his dad to stop going in there and moving him to it bed when he fusses, I might be able to start sleeping with my body pillow.
UO, maybe?: I like sales parties. Some if them, anyway (I avoid anything weight loss related, for instance). I'd be especially thrilled if somebody had a Tupperware party and invited me.
Has anyone had a hard time keeping their prenatal vitamins down? I had been doing ok with the gummy ones and taking them right before bed, but the last few nights, I haven't been able to hold them down. My next appointment with my dr isn't until the end of the month. Should I be really concerned about this or can it wait until my appointment?

UO: I think makeup that makes your whole face basically the same color palette looks weird. I saw some brief shot of Christina Aguilera on the Voice last night with this look going on. Her lipstick, blush, eye shadow, everything, was, like, just plain tan. I found it confusing.
danielle, I haven't had that issue, but I think if it keeps going for more than a few days it can't hurt to call your doctor's office and get their advice.

danielle I haven't had a problem with prenatal vitamins staying down anymore than anything else not staying down, but I understand it's a pretty common problem. I would probably wait for the next appointment, but if you're worried you can always call and ask if they think that's something you should be seen for. I know my midwives encourage asking questions if you're concerned about something.
UO (at least in this area): Everything sold at Dunkin Donuts is an inferior product.
Yes!! Their coffee isn't even very good! I will only drink it in a coffee emergency or if someone else made a coffee run and offered to buy me one. I prefer Folgers Instant Crystals over DD coffee most of the time.

It's awful! It tastes completely watered down!
And the donuts are so heavy and sit in your stomach like a brick. They always seem like a good idea at the time, then you seriously regret your decision.

Ooooooh. I mean, I've never been to Dunkin Donuts, but I assume any opinions involving donuts and coffee will be controversial.
MN style UO: Dutch Bros. Is way better than Caribou.
Do you mean Dunn Brothers or is Dutch Bros. a thing too? If it's Dunn Bros I totally agree. We used to live in MN and live in Iowa now, and I was so excited we have one of the few Dunn Bros outside of MN.

Dutch Bros. Is a West Coast thing. Or at least an Oregon/Northern Cali/Washington thing, I think? They're little drive up coffee kiosks and they're everywhere here.

Nice. Well I agree about Caribou either way! I just wish coffee sounded good at all right now.

::record scratch:: Instant?!?! Nooooooo!!
Hahaha, I probably should have clarified. I only drink it at work when I really need an afternoon coffee because the only coffee available at work is a Flavia machine - similar to a Keurig but shitty and uses plastic/foil envelopes instead of K-cups so I can't even bring any of my own in.
We brew fresh coffee at home every morning. That's my main source of coffee - the instant is in case of emergency. And actually hasn't been touched since I found out I was pregnant.

Oh thank goodness... If you were living on instant I was going to hold an intervention

No no no no no!!!! Definitely not. It's just the least objectionable option some times!

Just asked my HR contact if she had some time to chat tomorrow or early next week. Figured it's time to let work know what's up and thought I'd be better off letting HR know before talking to my actual boss. Just in case!

We just started night time potty training with DS. He stayed dry and I woke up to find him heading towards the bathroom this morning. I know there will be accidents in the future but right now I'm so proud.
Also someone in my office thought it was hilarious to put half a apple pie on my desk this morning. Stop it guys.
I stopped and bought a belly band at Target on my lunch break. Too many of my pants are uncomfortable to sit down in, and I can't just walk around with my pants unbuttoned all the time. I mean, I can now that I have the belly band.
I was worried the size they had wouldn't fit (I wear a 19, they recommend the M/L for 12 - 18 and the L/XL for 20+) but it seems OK for now. I'm sure it'll stretch out a bit as I wear it more.
UO: I really dislike headbands on babies. Unless they have a purpose of keeping hair out of the face, I don't see the point and don't find them cute at all.
