soultrane I'm glad your h is doing better, but that's definitely an unsettling morning. I hope it's nothing serious and he recovers quickly. Also hope you didn't strain anything catching him, try to take it easy too.
I'm bummed that the grocery store didn't have baking bananas. So I bought bakery banana bread instead of making my own.
I also got these adorable mini pies for dessert tonight. Since its rounded pi day and all
I had an appointment this morning. His heartbeat was good, and he was moving like crazy as usual. I then had to do the one hour glucose test again for some reason.
I had $20 in Kohl's cash and a $10 off coupon, so I went there after and got a bunch of stuff. I got two newborn outfits, two pair of pants, a onesie, and a six month outfit for $3.50.
Now I'm at work trying getting my lessons together for tomorrow. I left on Friday not too planned.

So I have (ok, had) a Chipotle gift card, and all morning could think of nothing but Chipotle for lunch. So I went home, I let the dog out, and then drove to Chipotle. It's warm and super sunny, today is a great day and--oh shit, they were closed for renovations. WHAT.
I drove 15 more minutes to the next closest Chipotle just for my burrito. #ain'tnoshame
Yep, also feeling huge. I can't believe there are so many weeks to go! In related news, I am not a fan of McDonald's normally. But... my students go on a trip to DC in June every year. Normally I volunteer to go because it is a really fun trip. Our meals are provided and usually it is a food court deal. One lunch we eat in the Air and Space museum and our food voucher is only for the giant McDonald's in there. So my fellow chaperones and I always joke that it is our one McDonald's trip for the year and get mcflurries. When I realized I would be missing it this year, it burrowed into my brain and now I'm obsessing about a McFlurry with m&ms. andrea that gif was me about 5 times last night. So much for going to bed early so daylight savings wouldn't hurt as much... soultrane That is disconcerting, hopefully it was a one time event!

Took DD to the doc this morning, severe ear infection. SIL took my nephew they say he had the flu, BIL has an upper respiratory infection, and FIL and DH have not seen a doctor yet. DS had a low grade last night so I decided to keep him home today. As for me I'm going Fing stir crazy!!!!! I broke down and cried right before DH left for work this afternoon!!! Of course the rain isn't helping!!! At least I am not sick...yet
DH and I met with the potential babysitter and her H yesterday and we LOVE them!! It's the perfect arrangement and DH and I were totally set on her. But then MIL goes and texts DH literally right after our meeting offering to watch the twins during the week. The catch is she lives 1.5 hr away and would need to stay down here during the week (plus a multitude of other small annoyances that would accompany that arrangement). Ugh, I like her and appreciate the offer so much, but I really wish she hadn't offered because now DH and I have to discuss it and likely let her down by saying no.
I would nope this so fast. In my head. To figure out how to say no is definitely going to be the hardest part! Good luck.
I was feeling pretty good about being prepared for this baby, then I made a list of the things I need to complete before D Day. It's long. Not all baby related, but some just need to be done before, because there won't be time after. Some are big and some are small, but geez, I have a lot to do!!
soultrane, that is really scary, let us know what the doctor says!
I also weigh myself occasionally so I am not SO shocked when I go to the doctor. Up 27 as of today and officially at my final pregnancy weight with DS. People keep saying it slows down near the end but mine is definitely not slowing down. Oh well. Trying hard not to think so much about it the next 12 weeks because when I'm not pregnant, I seriously weigh myself every 3-6 months and never think about it.
The weather is 88 and sunny here today. It's crazy, makes me a little nervous about the summer heat. We need to get outside and do some yard work, hoping to do that this weekend if it doesn't rain.
shoogars, I made a list also, and I think that made me more overwhelmed. Most of the things to do are small and won't take long, so I'm trying to remember that.

Thanks. Yea, it will suck letting her down gently. I really have nothing against her watching them, but the logistics are complicated and it just wouldn't be worth it.

Andrea that is totally be me but throw a snoogle and a king sized fleece blanket in there to get all tangled up in!
I have not been able to keep up today because it's my first day back at work in a week and it's a 12 hr day... Ugh I hate staff meeting days! Hopefully I can keep up a little better tomorrow!
I have no room left in my belly for food. But I'm hungry. When I do eat food, I then can't breath. The choice has come between food and air. Food usually wins.
soultrane - that happened with DH and we ended up at the ER. He was super dehydrated and that's why he pass out. The day before he had been out golfing and then had a few drinks that evening. The sun really sucked his hydration out and the outcome wasn't pretty. He did his his head on the way down and I woke up to hearing him struggling to breathe, unconscious. It was terrible. Please make sure he's drinking tons of water today!
I hope you H feels better soultrane, I've been in similar situations with DH and its so scary. mladerri I love tit because of your awesome steering wheel pic, not because of ear infection! I hope DS feels better!
Thanks everyone for the well wishes today! We ended up going to urgent care this afternoon. Three hours later, they sent us to the ER. Five hours later, they ruled out any heart issues or major stuff and sent him home with a prescription for light PT. Lol, what?
Also, if you've ever tried to entertain a 3 year old while your husband is in the ER for hours, you have my highest respect because DAMN I'm tired!
