I'm kind of scared of having a really difficult labor this time because it almost went too smoothly last time!
This is me too. I had a great L&D with DS. As a FTM, I went into labor on my own at 39 weeks and my water broke at the hospital a few hours after I was admitted. My epidural worked fantastically. I did tear and needed stitches, but I think that's common for FTMs. During my pregnancy with DS, I never really heard positive birth experiences, so I was really pleasantly surprised. I feel like my time has come for a not-so-pleasant L&D.

My induction was brutal... started at 0 cm with the foley balloon, then went to pitocin and then 17 hours after the balloon I ended up with an emergency c-section with a sub-par epidural (i could feel WAY more pressure, pulling than normal. When they put me onto the surgery table I could feel my catheter move... I FREAKED.
So I feel like I went through the worst of both worlds. Which is why I am SO TORN on a VBAC vs. RCS. I'm scared because my recovered from my c-section was so brutal because I was so exhausted from everything that went on prior - so what is normal c-section recovery like? But I know VBAC is healthier/safer.. and they wouldn't let it go on as long, but I'm scared of induction again too. :::whine:::
