The one thing I don't like about being banned and running off the bump is the loss of my 63,000 love tits and my 16,000 posts. Do you know how long it took me to get there? I got my content deleted before the mods lost their powers because I don't want the bump to have access to any of those.

Ooh. Here's one.
I have a birth plan. I like birth plans. I think they help everyone be on the same page and see your wishes written down. I don't even want to be OFFERED pain meds, and I make that clear in my birth plan. When I gave my birth plan for DD to the nurses, the head nurse rolled her eyes at me. After the birth, she told me that she was grateful that she knew what I wanted so that they didn't have to bother me with extraneous when I was busy with birth.
I brought a pickle to work to snack on. I ate it in my corner and hid it between bites. I don't want to be THAT pregnant woman.
Also, I feel like it should bother me, but it doesn't. My coworkers are taking bets on the sex of my baby. Should I be offended by that?
Last time, I got called out by a vendor rep that was in our office for a meeting while I was eating a pickle. I had known her through work for a few years, and I was cool with her so it wasn't too strange. I just couldn't like though when I was sitting at my desk munching on a pickle and she asked me if I was pregnant.

I don't remember the last time I went to the store and bought a new article of clothing aside from a pack of panties and socks. I usually get my clothes from thrift stores or I make them.
AGAIN I forgot I was pregnant, because as I was reading the posts from the ladies who wanted to smoke a joint I thought, "Just DO it, what's the big deal?"
We will be taking our one year old daughter to Disney World next week. I don't care if she'll never remember or if its a waster of money, I just want to see her face light up.
We are taking our 5&3 year old in a couple of months. It really annoys me when people say things like "they'll never remember it" uhhhh duh I know that so STFU! I also just want to see their faces light up.
We took DS for the first time when he was 9 months. He won't remember it, but he did have a great time, and we have amazing photos and memories from the trip.
I've started feeling the baby move here and there. Problem is that every time this happens I hear the baby screaming, "I never know what she's doing out there" in a Will Ferrell voice.

FFFC: I'm a really huge fan of the proboards option to mark a thread as "mark as read FOREVER" so I don't have to see that terrible yellow notification next to threads I've clicked on but don't want to participate in anymore.
My mom asked me earlier if me and the kids wanted to come hang out at her house. I told her I needed to clean (which I do) so we'd probably just stay home. 5 minutes later DS started crying to go to grandmas so I had him FaceTime her and ask if she'd come get them. I've been "cleaning" ( laying in bed) since they left three hours ago :/

That sounds amazing. I'm jealous. My MIL is watching the kids on Monday since she is off of work. I told her I had to work but really I have the day off and may do 2-4 hours of work tops but I won't be picking them up until my normal time so they will be there all day.

I threw a small piece (about lemon seed sized) of sticky tack at a student today. He has been zoning out all day and I needed him to turn to the right page. I've tried everything with this kid - talking louder, moving around the room, speaking really quietly, speaking louder, etc. His mom says she's had him tested and it's all in his control to pay attention or not. He has no diagnosed learning disabilities or developmental disabilities. So, I resorted to throwing sticky tack at him. It worked. It hit his sweatshirt and he looked up at me in surprise and then laughed. He sits close to my podium, so I wasn't worried it was going to hit him in the face or anything. I'm a pretty decent shot.
Haven't heard anything from mom, so I'm assuming he didn't take offense. I still wonder, though, what people would think if they knew...

This would have been better for yesterday since I know it is a fairly UO. Oh well. I LOVE short appointments. Today I was out of the room in under 10 minutes and I honestly could have done without a 16w appointment.

How much is the going bet? Can you join in? Have someone place bets for you? Especially if/after you find out the sex? Make some money off it!
I was encouraged to join in, but since I have to leave early for my dr's appointment on Tuesday, they won't let me participate after that. But I'm not going to join in. I would feel terrible if I guessed wrong.
I mean, I think it's a girl, but I don't really know!

I had a fairly long appt due to needing "other" exams done but normally mine are very short. I'm having my appts 6 weeks apart since this is my third pregnancy and no previous complications. So other than my confirmation appt this was my first and my A/S will be my next. I'll probably have one more before my 28 week check since 8 weeks is too far between for my MW's liking.
I would have been totally different with my first though. Since I've been through it a couple times I'm pretty laid back about it as long as nothing crazy comes up.

Yes, I will stick to their schedule but appreciate their swiftness. I think guarantee my feelings stem from the fact I always have at least one kid with me, if not two. The amount of songs and games we had to do at the last appt (between nurse check and dr. coming in) while I was obsessively trying to make it so they didn't destroy medical equipment as pure torture for me.
sandybananas I completely understand. My DH will most likely go to all my appts since it works with his schedule and we'll drop off the boys at my moms so that makes things way easier. If I had them both with my by myself I'd probably have them both on the examination table with me or rolling around on my MW's chair.
