The TV has definitely done more parenting than I have this week.
I don't know who Bobby Brown or Bobbi Kristina are or what's going on or who her mother is. I feel out of the loop.
I would totally cut someone if they hurt C intentionally.
Bobbi Brown: 80's pop star formerly a member of New Edition. Bobbi Kristina is the name of his daughter. Whitney Houston was his late wife, and Bobbi Kristina's mother.

I'm so happy that hoarding breastmilk is normal! DH saw in the freezer a few weeks ago and told me that I need to throw it out. I don't know why it pissed me off so much. My body made that milk. Even though autumn never latched I worked my ass off pumping. I was so proud of myself that I made it to 6 months.
Glad to know I'm not the only one that can't part with old BM!

Just got back from the dr. Autumns throat is still red but she's no longer contagious. I have to go back on Monday for her shots. We got her blood work done she was so pissed off she stopped breathing and turned purple. Baby girl has the only temper.
M had her 15 month appointment today and got three shots. She was so cute and happy and absolutely charmed our pediatrician and the medical student she had following her today. She is small at the 8% percentile for both height and weight. What she lacks in size she certainly makes up for in personality.
Tonight I cut off the tip of my finger while trying to cut butternut squash with the spiralizer. DH sort of freaked out and I thought he was going to pass out for a second. However, he did fish the tip of my finger out of the spiralizer blade for me though, so that I was able to use it to help bandage the wound and stop the bleeding. I'm glad that I cut it this way as opposed to a deep laceration because it would be really difficult for me to suture left handed and there is no way that I would have gone anywhere else to have it sutured. Now I'm drinking wine.
finnaroo We went to Stride Rite Tuesday for new shoes. They measured B and he was a 6.5W (he's been wearing 5Ws). So he's getting allll the new shoes (which we had to order b/c apparently everyone wears a 6.5W, and I'm picky). Can we share the MOTY ill-fitting shoe trophy?
@mx2 I hope C's fever has dropped and that y'all have a better night tonight.
We were out most of today so I'm playing catch up. B was in a mood today...if we weren't doing exactly what he wanted, he was just pissy and kept grunting angrily at me. I felt like I couldn't do anything right...by the time DH got home, I was ready to go hide in the closet with a bottle of wine. My friend texted me to schedule a girls' night and it could not come at a better time.
So here's something good (I might poof this later, so please don't quote). DH and I DTD last night and for the first time since before B was born, it didn't hurt. I ugly-cried out of relief. I have been feeling so guilty and stressed about it, and I've been reluctant to be physical at all b/c I didn't want to get DH's hopes up and then not have things work, if that makes sense. I don't know what we did differently or what changed but it was so much better. I still have my dr appt scheduled for later this month and am going to bring this up, but I'm hoping things are starting to go back to normal in that respect.
What did ggandlee do today? Sewed herself back together.
Haha! At first I thought I was going to have to, but there really wasn't anything to suture. All I ended up doing was sticking the tip of my finger back on and I bandaged it up.

LizInFL Enjoy a glass of wine tonight, you deserve it! And re DTD I'm glad you were able to have an enjoyable experience. I hope it stays that way from now on.
ggandlee AND @mek--you BOTH go girls! I've held the couch in place today.
And thanks cagoldi, I at least know who Whitney Houston is.
LizInFL--I'm in the same boat romantically speaking. About a month ago was the first time since before I got pregnant that I "enjoyed" DTD. I plan to bring it up tomorrow at my appt, though I think mine is likely due to still BFing.
C has little feet--still in 3.5W and has been since Nov. But I wear size 5.5 and DH wears 8, so he's unlikely to ever have big feet.
A fell off of the reindeer. I was standing right next to him, but he tried to get off and his foot got caught on the tail, and before I could help him he landed face first on the hardwood floor. It's the first time he has bled from an injury. Poor guy. He's okay, just a slightly swollen lip and small bruise, but I feel terrible. So, Ruffio is absolutely going to storage for a bit.
@lizinfl and finnaroo I have a slight obsession with taking the insoles out of the shoes to see if the foot impressions reach the end where is says "time to see your fit specialist". It's pretty hard to see though so for all I know, he probably has outgrown this pair. His feet get so sweaty all day that I try to air them out.
Did you go with that middle level with the super flexible or the more regular styles? I don't think we are ready for regular, but am excited for a broader selection.
tallblonde we have these, but the girl version which isn't on their website. I got them at the outlet, so maybe that's why.
I checked the insoles not that long ago but she must have had a growth spurt. She's in a 6W right now. The only thing that this child inherited from me are big feet.
tallblonde we moved to the "green" level (I checked the website and it's Level 3-Off and Running or something like that) finnaroo we got B the exact ones you linked to. Great minds and all that...
I have not thought to check the insoles. I didn't know this was a thing...I just kept feeling for toe-room with my thumb. MOTDecade?
