I still use the bouncy seat for DS so I can shower even though he's too bog for it. I'm just too lazy to haul the exersaucer into the bathroom to contain him. More than once I've had to turn him right side up after he ends up in interesting positions...oops!
Also, I'm not working, eating alone (glorious alone time) at Five Guys, and the kids are at daycare.
Is anyone else not able to fit showering into their schedule still on their old normal basis? Like is it an FFFC to say I shower once every 2-3 days (sometimes 4)?
Umm, have to shower daily. But -- FFFC -- I only wash my hair 2-3x/week because seriously, who has time for blow drying & styling?
I went to target for diapers this morning. I bought the big box and a box of overnights, some other random crap. My total came to $45 I swiped my card and didn't think about it till I was in the parking lot. Looked at my receipt and she hadn't scanned the big box! Free diapers!

I let it go when I didn't catch an onion under the car seat in the cart, but a giant box of diapers? I would go back and pay. Maybe that's an UO or my Catholic guilt.
TV is king in my house. It's on so I can take a shower in the morning, and it's usually always on for background noise. DH gets mad at me for it, yet when he's home he does the same thing.
One more for today - I got a few iTunes gift cards from gift exchanges. I just bought Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor albums. Apparently I'm 13 years old. (They're just so damn catchy!)

I got a giant pack of toilet paper from Costco last week, it was under the cart and realized when I got back in the car they forgot to charge for it. Even the checker on the way out missed it. Free loo roll FTW!

I take one everyday. Can't handle it if I don't. But 4/7 days my hair just goes up in a bun and I call it good. Some days it doesn't even get brushed.

Even when DS was only weeks old I took a shower and dried my hair everyday. My husband understands that this is what I need to function and makes sure I get the half hour each day to get it done. He's the best.

I put them both on the conveyor belt and she loaded them into my cart... Who else would have gone back inside? I am feeling a little bad that's why I confessed to you guys!

I get in the bath with the kids. It's easier that way. So I get to shower every other day. But I have no idea when is the last time I blow dried my hair and styled it. Definitely not since DD2 was born.

A day doesn't go by that I get a shower before at least 3pm.
I *could* shower daily but I'm usually so exhausted that I put off doing it every 2-3 days. Teeth brushing has become a challenge lately.. I still do it 2x daily but the first time doesn't happen until 2-4pm

I probably wouldn't have gone back inside. Especially with the LO with me. If it's something major, yes. But for $20 or less, probably not. And I usually don't notice anything like this until I'm looking over the receipt hours later anyway.
I've never showered more frequently than every 2-3 days. I've never felt the need to. Also baths > showers.
I have always been an every other day, gal too.. but I just feel gross these days and am jealous of my husband's daily shower.
Speaking of baths.. we have a jazcuzzi tub in our bathroom and we have never used it I need to get that thing tuned up and get A in there with a baby floaty or something. Sails away!

I miss our Jacuzzi tub! It was in LO's suite at the old place. We didn't get nearly enough use out of it for ourselves, but boy was it nice when I was KU.

I have a short cut with bangs, must be blow dried so I put DD in her exersaucer and she watches. She giggles when I blow a little cold air on her

My DD lunged forward and smashed her face into the edge of the table this morning even though I had an arm around her. There is now a nasty red mark along her cheekbone on one side. Feeling like a horrible mama.
