oh skinandbones, I am sorry but I am laughing. You just can't win.
I think we are regressing with A sleeping again. She woke up shaking and screaming at DC saying that a buggy was hurting her and flipped out. She normally only does this at home. She also woke up at 12:30 last night (this morning?) crying and wouldn't let me go back to bed. I had to sleep on the couch for an hour. Then she crawled into my bed again, at 4:30.
I am telling you people, enjoy your infant sleeping in their crib. Don't ever move them out of it. Don't do it.

Teething hell again. I swear, she's going to wake up with a mouthful of teeth instead of just one. She's still got one tiny white spot showing, no teeth.
But today is my last day of having to get up at 430 to pump twice before work!
motownthrowdown what is it with the slow teething?! I really feel like I should see so many more teeth. Yeah for getting to sleep later! You're such a rock star for EP for so long.
packmomma and @janetheconquerer sorry for the rough night. M was also up twice last night. I miss my nights of STTN.
ampaints I hate when those types of errors happen. I feel like when companies make those mistakes they should suck it up because it was their mistake and free money for the recipient (I know totally not fair, as mistakes happen, but don't you work for a financial institution?? They shouldn't be making these mistakes! Lol)

I went out last night with some girlfriends to see Once (an Irish love-story musical) . It was really well done and so nice to get out! M is really having a hard time being put down for bed by anyone other than me we need to work on this!

motownthrowdown, ampaints, C's teeth have been coming in 2's. Bottom 2 at once than the top 2 (vampire teeth) came in days apart. He is still chewing on anything and everything so I am expecting more to pop out.
And I seriously think one day you will notice like 4 teeth at once.
@janetheconquerer I wish we got 2 at a time. It took 2 months before the first one came in. It's close to 2 months later and I can see the white spot on the gym where the second is going to come through, but there appears to have been no progress all week

@janetheconquerer ampaints we've had one white spot for like a month. I can feel them, but they are just hanging out under the gums and making her miserable. Super lame.
I was finally able to log into the system to view my pay stub since I have direct deposit. It was a mistake. Of course it's the smaller of the two deposits that's my actual check as well I really don't want to report it, but I know it will bite me in the ass if I don't.
Oh my company fucked up. At least one other employee also had the same issue. We're getting someone else to check as well. This is going to be interesting.

I wanted to scream that he should go back to the dentist to make sure his dentures fit properly.
Work reset my email password and I can't get the new one to work. I'm out running around causing problems today.
Add us to the slow teething group. I swear her gums have been raised with white spots clearly visible for at least a month, probably closer to 6 weeks. Just pop through already! And, I can see bumps all along her lower gums. So now this will either be the incredibly slow process from hell or they'll all pop through at the same time.
motownthrowdown, A's going to have such a great party! CONGRATS on almost a year! Hooray for dropping a pumping session!
I had a dream that Poppy all of a sudden had teeth (She has none. And sleep has been rough.) I can see two little indentations on her bottom gum now where her teeth will come up. Is that a stage in teething? Everyone talks about raised white spots but hers look almost opposite that. Anyway, hoping they break through soon!
packmomma, oh no— poor baby! Hope he recovers quickly.
I had a frenzied morning. Dropped Poppy off at daycare, got to the subway and then realized I had not brought her diaper bag to daycare (We cloth diaper, so she has a diaper bag with clean cloth diapers and shells on one side, and a pouch for the soiled ones in the other that I bring every day.) I live a 20 minute walk from the daycare, so I was not going to go back home for it, so I ran to a Walgreens, bought disposable diapers, brought them to her class, where they told me I didn't have to have done that. They had extras. Oh well— now they have more extras. Ran back to subway and arrived at work 30 minutes late, but fortunately I had no meetings or anything, so no one noticed or cared. I was just out of breath and out of sorts. TGIF! Cannot wait for the weekend to start.
I'm already exhausted. I've had to pull E out of the recycling bin or taken a shoe out of her hands, or an electrical cord, or pulled her away from the toilet multiple times already. And she's only been awake like 30 minutes. It's kinda cute though, she follows me around the house crawling and giggling. Even to the bathroom. Already. -_-

I can start Jack at daycare on monday! I went over to the center today to pick up the registration paperwork and I talked to them about my situation. I am so impressed with the ladies that work there! They were so understanding. They said I could bring him in on Monday and pay when I get paid on Wednesday! I'm so happy right now. Somehow things are all falling in to place.
I've been applying for second jobs all day. I'm hoping to pick up something for early morning for some extra income. Single mom-ing is rough with just one part time paycheck. I really wish I could be full time at my current job, and my boss said that he's working on that, but that probably won't happen until late in the year.

packmomma aw!! That's awful I hope he gets better quickly.
kaeguri add me to the exhausted club. I'm so tired chasing her around and pulling stuff out of her mouth!
motownthrowdown yay for dropping a pumping session and more sleep!
I have an epic slow teether too. With DS they popped out two at a time and came up fast. With DD she's got two, one at a time, and they've come up so slowly, over the last 2.5 months.
Last night I went for wings with someone from DS' preschool. It was nice!
We have a hockey windup tonight but everyone is nursing a bad cold so not sure how fun that will be!
th3stryck3r for both my kids the spots look like shadowy indents on the gums right before (well, within a few weeks before) the gums looked raised with white spots. Sounds like those teeth are about to pop through!
@mrspanpan, I say yes it can be normal. DD was constipated from the minute she was born until about 1.5 years old. It was prunes every single day up until like 8 months and then we started miralax in 1 bottle a day and than in 2 bottles a day. We noticed that if constipated and then start miralax, that it can take 24-48 hours to work but then she has a huge explosion. But don't stop using it is my advice. I would put some in 1 bottle a day to help keep her going. Then 1 day she just started pooping regularly and we didn't need it anymore. (And let me add, we needed it so much we bought the huge bottles of it and had 1 at home and 1 at daycare).
C just started constipation. We thought we were skipping it with him. He will be constipated then we give miralax, he poops we stop and start cycle all over again. This week we started prunes once a day and miralax in 1 bottle every other day. As he's not as bad as his sister was.
GL - I know you have been struggling with this for some time now. I hope you find your rhythm with it.
