You just use your food processor (or grater) to break up cauliflower into little tiny pieces, then fry it in a bit of oil in a pan for about 5 min. It ends up with the same consistency (basically) as rice but without all the calories! It was super easy.

I've made it before it's good I've learned I'm not a fan of cauliflower though.
I think this looks great but I can just imagine DHs WTF if I tried to pass this off in place of actual carbs! I lose weight every time he travels for work and I can cook more healthy!
