I keep track of LO's eating schedule, partly because I can never remember which boob I started with last. Apparently I dreamt that I fed him an hour ago because I half remember putting a time and letter into my phone, but now that I'm up feeding him for real I know I didn't feed him at 12:11 on my "I" boob.
Remember getting a full night's sleep? It has been so long I've forgotten what it's like.
Dh totally took a pamphlet entitled "how to say no and keep your boyfriend"when we were alone at the pediatricians office. I pointed it out because it totally reminded me of Emma Pillsbury from glee.

Lol, the nurse at the hospital finally just asked if I could use an app on my phone after I couldn't remember what tine I fed last. It actually does help, I like looking at the stats and it even reminds you to check the diaper or feed the baby (sometimes I forget to log stuff) but basically you push a button and it starts a timer, I used feed baby from the play store.
We had a hell of a time getting LO to fall asleep last night. She was soooo fussy, then my MIL and FIL came over at 9:30 pm and woke her up once she finally fell asleep (which I am still pissed about). They stayed about a half hour and she got back to sleep around 10:30, then I tried waking her around 11:30 so I could feed her and go to bed, which she wasn't having. She didn't wake up again until 3am. That might be a record for her. I hope she does this more often!
I nursed Liam, he pooped and I was getting ready to change him. He wasn't finished pooping so I told him he needed to finish because mama was tired. My H said "I'll take him for you. " so he proceeds to change him, and got shit on! He's already changed 2 poop diapers, and he just pooped again!
We just noticed an abscess on my dogs foot. It looks pretty bad. I feel awful I have no idea how on it's been there. The poor thing has been so neglected. Now I have to beg the veg to get us in and figure out how to take him and J at the same time :-(
DS1 didn't STTN until 9 months, and I don't expect DS2 to, but I think he has a better chance because he already goes longer stretches at night than DS1 did at this age, and he seems to get a lot of his eating in during the day and not so much at night.
I'm going to my brother's swim meet today, and then my mom is watching DS1 for the afternoon. Yay!
We were up TWICE!! 10:30 -1:30 2-5 put him in bed with me and we are up at 6. Apparently the combo and thrush medicine, gripe water, and the RnP worked.
Between DH and I it's been almost another all-nighter. Babe has been feeding every one to two hours (or sometimes less) and then fussing from gas unless he's held. I want to let DH sleep but we got massive amounts of snow last night and need to be able to get out of our driveway in just over an hour for a doctor's appointment for LO. Guess I'll have to be a meanie soon enough. Why did I convince him that his moving to Canada (rather than me to California) was a good idea?!
DS was up puking most of the night. I think it was the sugar and neon blue icing from his dad's birthday cupcakes yesterday. DH and DS ended up bunked on the couch after DS threw up all over 2 out of 3 beds in the house.
Baby girl managed to give me 5 1/2 hours of sleep(not all at once but still) and I feel pretty good.
I got two, 3 hour stretches last night! I feel like a new woman! Everyone is still sleeping, so I'm gonna go eat in peace, and put my face on! I may even do my hair today!
I am so irritated right now. Fridays DS doesn't have school so I get to sleep in until the kids wake me up. Wyatt was sleeping good on his own. All three older kids were sleeping, and at 5:50, DH wakes me up to ask me to trim his hair before he goes to work! WTF?! Why couldn't he have waited until after work? It turns out he thought I always got up when he left, so he wasn't intentionally being a jerk, but of course I couldn't fall back asleep and he woke up Wyatt when he woke me up. I need coffee.
Yep, that's annoying. Haircuts are rarely an emergency; it seems like something that could wait until this evening. I would have said no and gone back to sleep.
It's like my coworker who cuts his fingernails at his desk. Is it really that much of an emergency that you can't wait until you're at home in the privacy of your bathroom? "Oh shit, my fingernails just got super long all of a sudden, and I need to cut them right NOW." No.

We are free and clear of the three week growth spurt. DD is now consistently sleeping during night time and awake during the day (technically 10-11pm is still "day time" if I'm awake too, right?), and nursing every 3-3.5 hours. Now if she was to start working on dropping one of those night feeds, I'd totally be okay with that...
I got my hands free pumping bra in the mail yesterday and it has totally changed my outlook on pumping. Now if only my left boob would shoot milk like my right boob instead of just pathetically leaking...
