It's a British detective show set in Oxford in the 60s. It's sort of a less flashy version of Sherlock (which I also love), and I think it might appeal to some of my fellow nerds in this crowd. :-) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endeavour_(TV_series) It was on Netflix for a while, but I think they pulled it in December. I'm pretty sure it's still available on Amazon Instant Video if you have Prime!
Also, I spelled it incorrectly; it's Endeavour, not Endeavor.
