DS still has his nights and days confused. But I just took a 2 hour nap while he was sleeping, so I feel a ton better. I would still rather sleep at night though.

Also, aaemommy...any tips for a FTM with a baby who's up all night and sleeping all day? My friend's son is 1 month old and has been following this schedule. She asked me for some tips, but (thankfully) DS never had his days/nights mixed up.
Had our biggest day of the year at work today. And the sewer system decided to back up into the bathrooms and office. Tomorrow is going to be crazy busy, and there is so much left to do from today, it's not even funny. Oh, and the plumbing issues won't be fixed until at least Monday. Happy mother's day to me.

Hope you're all getting some sleep soon!
It takes time for them to figure it all out. Best advice I can give is to keep stimulation at a minimum during the night (low lights, minimal sound, don't talk to them a lot) and keep them in as much stimulation as possible during the days (lights on, maybe tv/ other sound going, don't hesitate to clank dishes, sing songs, talk to them etc even if they're sleeping). This will help them figure out when it's time for sleep vs awake.

With DD it just took time. The one thing they told us was to make sure you keep it bright during the day and dark at night. But really it just takes time. And it's hard, that's for sure.
